Ordered parts on friday and recieved them on monday.

When I received my order, one part was for a different vehicle and the other should have come in a box of 10 but was a single item. I called customer service who informed me the wrong part I received was due to their error, they had the wrong part number on the website. The single item, light bulb, should have come in a box of 10 but only one is provided as that is how they receive it. The cost for this single bulb to purchase from car part kings is 4 times more than the dealer. If it were sent as 10 for that price then it would be priced correctly. I returned both these items and was told the replacement part for the wrong item would be sent immediately. The bulb they could keep since I can get cheaper from the dealer. 3 weeks later I still have not received the replacement part. I called today and was told the shipping label had been printed but the part was never sent. Very disappointed with this level of service.

Ordered brake caliper brackets... the right one wasn't drilled correctly. I called and left a message asking someone to call me and no one did. Finally had a friend re-drill the hole because I wasn't willing to wait for shipping back and forth and I didn't feel like I should have to pay for shipping their defective part. I strongly suggest anyone considering using this company to go elsewhere unless you want junk parts and junk service.

Ordered the tie-rod end on line, but when I tried to complete the transaction their system would not process my payment. So I tried Paypal, same thing. Called them the next day, they put my order in but still could not process the billing portion. So what they did was bill my Paypal account for me to pay later. That worked, but I'm thinking no way the part will make it here by Friday. Sure enough, got home from work on Friday and there it was. So they had a rough start, but made it happen. The folks I spoke with were professional and straight with me. 5 Stars.
