I ordered some axles from these guys several months before I ultimately installed them. Within a week of maybe 100 miles one of the boots on the axle slipped off. Long story short I had to pay them to send me a replacement so I could swap the axles at the same time and they sent me the wrong axle! Of course I didn't find out till I tried to install it and found the splines were slightly misaligned. When I told them about it they tried to get me to pay shipping because the axles were located at two different sides of the state by the time I managed to get them to send me a call tag. Then after I sent them off they claimed one of them never showed up and refused to refund my money. Don't buy anything from these guys, you're better off spending more at your local autoparts store for the same quality part.

Thats really what I am looking for online these days, fast free shipping and a good product. These guys delivered - found me a really cheap pair of quick struts for my ford F150. Very happy will use again!

This company told me that my much needed part was in stock and had shipped on a Monday, they would get back to me with a tracking number. On THURSDAY I finally had to contact them only to find out that they hadn't shipped anything and they were unable to get my part, which was listed as 5 in stock!

Ridiculous customer service and sales practices.

The window motor that was sent was the correct one and worked perfectly. Seems like a quality product for being a remanufactured one and not brand new. Just in time too as my window was stuck down and it started raining in sheets last night. Will look for future parts needs with this company again.

I live in Houston Texas and you would not think that it would be hard to find a master cylinder for a "92" Corvette but, none in stock or at the supplier's warehouse and no longer available.
