Great Customer Service

Randy and staff are great! He helped us with our flooring needs explaining the differences between products. He was quick measuring our floor and explaining all processes to us. He is very knowledgeable. The installers were also very good. They were in and out-telling us if there were any issues we needed to be aware of. They picked up after themselves. All in all, we were very pleased and would highly recommend them!

Randy at Carpet One was very helpful …

Randy at Carpet One was very helpful with my insurance claim. No "high pressure" to get me to spend more than insurance would cover and gave honest info about pros and cons of what was available. Only negative was perhaps that I didn't feel there were a lot of options from which to choose.

We Love our floors!

We are very pleased with our floors. They look amazing! Everyone we worked with were awesome. George was great, answered all questions so helpful. Shawn Roberts & his team were phenomenal. They were very professional, courtesy, trustworthy. We would highly recommend your Carpet One.

Area Rug

This is the 2nd time I've purchased carpet from Carpet One to be cut for an area rug. The staff is very knowledgeable and guided me to the perfect carpet for what I was looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them any time I need carpet/area rugs.

Floor Covering

The salesman, Randy Burks was excellent and very helpful and honest. The price was competitive, and the product was also excellent.
