This is my third time using the Stoke branch of Carpets 4 Less and I’m always impressed by the high-levels of consultation and customer service and I didn’t wait long for fitting, which was also positive. The fitter, Nick, was on time and a pleasure to deal with and did a grand job.

Mike made the carpet process so easy straight from the start. Came out and measured the room, advised on the best type of flooring for us and gave us a great quote. The fitting was sorted straight away and we are very happy with the results

I recently purchased carpets from Carpets4Less in Colchester and had them fitted today by Peter – I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Peter arrived on time and was very polite and respectful of the space. The fitting itself was flawless, and the carpets look absolutely fantastic! Not only did he complete the job quickly, but he also made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward, leaving no mess behind. Overall high-quality service provided. Great experience from start to finish. We went into the store on the Monday afternoon. Andy spent loads of time with us and answering all my wife's questions and advicing us on the best carpet at the best price. Once the decision was made and the carpet paid for fitting was arranged for Tuesday morning. Simon the fitter arrived bang on time and was professional and polite from start to finish. Within 45 mins the carpet was fitted and he was on his way. We will certainly go back when we next need a carpet

We purchased the carpet, underlay and door bar a few days ago and it was a great price. We got an end of roll at £49 minus the door bar and underlay for my daughters room. The carpet itself is bleachable, lively and soft and the pile is just the right length where vacuuming isn't an issue. The fitting was booked and the gentleman arrived this morning. He called ahead when he was on his way to give me warning which I appreciated.
The gentleman was lovely. He had his radio on working away. Very polite gentleman and he completed the job not long after. The carpet looked perfect. It was cut to fit beautifully, no damage to my skirting boards or pipes, the underlay was lovely and everything was lively and secure.
The fitter cost £45. It was such an amazing experience. Everyone has been lovely, helpful and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We had a floor fitted today, Simon was amazing he was friendly he cleaned up after himself. Mike at the shop is Great. All the carpets and flooring are a great price.

Great service as usual. Always seem to have the carpets we are after and at a good price. The fitters constantly amaze with a neat job no matter how complex the job.
