I have been going to the Chingord branch for many years top customer service always. This time Hassan assisted me choosing the colour and quality, he was very polite and friendly and Daryl fitted my carpet very nice guy I was late on traffic but he waited patiently. One happy customer thank you Hassan and Daryl especially.

We visited the Chingford branch to buy some carpets for our first home and we were fortunate enough to have Hassan assist us with choosing the perfect carpet for us. He was very patient and advised us on what was best for us.

I entered the store in Chingford wanting to get vinyl flooring for our kitchen and bathroom, but with barely any knowledge on the subject. Hassan was very helpful and thoroughly explained the advantages/disadvantages of the different options I chose. His background in kitchen design was also brilliantly helpful!
Looking forward to picking up my order soon and coming again when next needed!

Very good customer service, was in and out within an hour. Hassan from the Chingford branch was very helpful and gave good guidance to someone (me), who has no knowledge on carpets, would highly recommend both the Chingford store and Hassan, 10/10 experience!!.

We had an amazing experience in Chingford branch a week ago. Hassan was very accommodating. He helped us to choose the carpet and organised a fitter for the following day. Mind you it was a bank holiday Monday and another store told us they could fit a carpet in 10 days.
We were also very pleased with Andy who came to fit the carpet.

I recently bought stair carpet and carpet for the lounge. We were very well looked after by Hasan & nothing was too much trouble . I won’t hesitate to recommend them

The Chingford Branch, have only gone and done it again. Another great job. Have used this branch 3 times previously at different addresses. On this occasion, The Manager introduced me to Salesman Hassan, as I now wanted some carpets for Mum’s through lounge. Hassan took the time to understand my Mother’s needs and preferences, offering valuable insights and guidance throughout the process. His friendly character and commitment to delivering top-quality work made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free.

Recently bought a rather lovely wool carpet from the Chingford branch, helped by Hassan. He was really welcoming and helpful throughout the process of purchasing and arranging fitting of the carpet, and arranged a lovely deal for us along with his great boss Mark. We wanted the carpet fitting over a number of days (over a period of several months!) to allow us to decorate rooms and move furniture about, and this was arranged easily. Very happy and will definitely go back if we need a carpet in future.
