I would highly recommend Carpet Barn. From start to finish we were dealt with professionally and efficiently. We used the Ferndown depot. We made a date to measure up our room which they arrived on time and advised us accordingly. We chose the Carpet we wanted, it was ordered and held in stock, ready for our agreed fitting time. Fitter turned up at the agreed time and date and laid our new carpet. He was brilliant! (Marcus) done a fabulous job. Our new Carpet looks great. Will definitely use them again.

We were asked if we needed any help, the sales assistant showed us where the carpets were and let us know we could ask him anything, but left us alone to choose. We liked that very much.

Order was pushed back 3 times in the space of 6 weeks due to a supply issue, I don't think it was down to the carpet barn but rather the suppliers but was a massive inconvenience and had next to no notice.

Ordered on Friday and laid on a Tuesday great services from in store staff and the fitter

We ordered a carpet and arranged time off work for the day of the fitting a Friday was agreed . The guy had come out to measure up and told us it was ok to leave the laminate on the landing and they could lay the carpet over that .
4 days before the fitting the store called and said they couldn't do the Friday they had to bring it forward to the Wednesday.. very awkward for us .
I told the guy I had plans Wednesday morning and what time would they come Wednesday, he said first job about 9am . I agreed reluctantly and told him I had plans to go out so as soon as the guy cones at 9am I will have to go out , he said fine and by the way the laminate on the landing needs to be taken up ... the original guy had said leave it but we took it up as requested . .
By this point we are pretty fed up , day changed by them and the agreement to leave the laminate changed by them.
Wednesday comes, I'm waiting to dash out as I had told them and at 9am no fitter .
I called the store and the guy insisted he had said the fitter would be there between 9 and 10 am .. he lied he had told me 9 and I wouldn't have agreed otherwise as I needed to go out .
The fitter didn't arrive until 11.30 am .
Very unprofessional and I certainly will not recommend them to anyone else .
Fitter was a lovely guy who worked very hard and did a lovely job .
The service from the store absolute joke !

Really good service in sales from Mo who sold us a lovely mattress. Then had a smooth delivery from Chris and Matt who did have a struggle getting such a heavy mattress up a steep set of stairs. They took their time and were professional throughout.

My experience purchasing vinyl from Carpet Barn Ferndown was highly satisfactory. The gentleman who served me in the store was knowledgeable, professional & friendly. The fitter, Eric did a fabulous job. People have commented on how lovely it looks & how impressed they are with the installation.

I have ordered different carpets for different locations and requirements over the years, the last one being for my disabled brother in law. They arranged for a double team to go out to move furniture before they could lay the carpets. All done very professionally and with care of the tenant with a learning disability.

Christchurch store were amazing! I told them what colour I wanted and a few requirements and they found me the perfect carpet straight away - almost felt too good to be true that I didn't need to spend hours looking at different carpets.
Had to move the installation date a few times due to renovation work and was done completely fuss free. Installers were friendly, considerate of the property and fitted to a very high standard. Was really pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Carpet Barn to others.

In the beginning the Salesman at Carpet Barn was most attentive without being 'pushy'. Then the gentlemen who installed my new bed were prompt, efficient and thoughtful during the installation.

The two fitters arrived on time worked very well together and finished much quicker than we expected.

Very efficient and helpful when purchasing our carpets. Carpet layers excellent.

Great carpet but unfortunately let down badly by fitters. Cut the stairs carpet too narrow so everytime its hoovered it frays and gets narrower. Waiting for a resolution but been told we won't hear anything til New Year.
