This company is excellent, small and efficient. They recently repaired a Persian rug that a dog had chewed. It was a perfect job and impossible to spot where they had repaired it. It was a pleasure to deal with them and they did an excellent job.

Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and efficient service. Oversaw a repair to our antique kilim which was badly buckled, and did a superb job. Highly recommend.

I’ve had 2 rugs for quite a while but the border and piping had deteriorated over time. They were made to measure so I wanted to see if they could be ‘revived’ - I’m absolutely delighted with the results. They look brand new. Libby made the process super easy and they collect and deliver nationwide - I’m in Birmingham. I would rate the overall service as 10/10 without a shadow of doubt. Brilliant!!!

I was delighted by the service I received by Carpets Clinic. I found them via Google, and was impressed by how quickly (next day) they came to review and collect my rugs for cleaning. They offer a true expert service for your beloved Persian rugs including confirming the origins of your rugs incase you were unsure. They measure up the rugs and inspect them to come to a transparent size-based quote before taking them away. The deep clean of my three rugs and repair on one took round about 10 -14 days and they were delivered to me on time and rolled up in plastic covering. Communication via email throughout.
Faultless service. It is not cheap, but the pricing is transparent and they do deals if you have more than one rug at a time. It's also important to remember this is more than just a steam clean of your rugs; it involves multiple stages from machine batting out all the lodged dust in the fibers of the rug, to water submersion and insecticide treatment. Lovely family-run business too. These will be my go-to for rug clean and repair from now on.

We had an old Isfahan Persian rug that was in need of substantial repair and a clean. 40 years of family life, pets and the vacuum cleaner had all taken their toll. The fringe at each end of the rug had almost gone as had some of the actual pile of the rug in these areas.
We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the repair carried out by Mass of Carpets Clinic. It is impossible to differentiate between the original rug pile and the repaired areas. The rug now looks as it did when we first bought it 40 years ago.
It was a pleasure doing business with both Mass and Sofian. Our options were carefully explained at the beginning of the process and we were kept well informed throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Carpets Clinic to anyone looking for someone to repair or clean their valuable rug.

Very nice repair the cleaning was good also. You only notice if you look closely.
