Order cancelled, something weird going on?
Placed order for iPhone 13 which was recommended on techradar.com on January the 3rd which was confirmed as accepted, received an email 13th of January to say that the order has been cancelled due to a pricing error. All previous reviews to mine are exactly the same problem we've all had credit checks done on ourselves. It's disgusting and makes me wonder if there is something more sinister going on taking people's details crediting checking them and then cancelling order. Really weird. I will never use them again. And CUSTOMER SERVICES DON'T T BOTHER LEAVING A REPLY, YOU JUST FOB US OFF. I have gone through Resolver as mentioned by someone else

I would review as zero stars if possible. Cold calling when I don't even shop at carphone warehouse. Terrible company

I've ordered online a mobile phone on 22 December as Christmas present for my son. Order number 433002044.
Your system states: "Schedule a delivery. Want to get your order delivered on a specific day? Booking an anytime delivery is free on any day of the week. Saturday and Sunday deliveries can now also be booked for FREE!".
I have booked the delivery date on 25 December as we were on holidays and not home before. Your system confirmed 25 December as delivery date.
Now is 26 December and the phone was not delivered yesterday as promised. My son did not get his Christmas present.
What is going on?
I've tried to make a complaint on your website, but there is no such option. I tried to chat with Currys as apparently you belong to them now, they sent me back to your website as they are unable to access your system.
Very poor experience.

Update on 27 Dec: I called Vodafone and they mentioned Carphone Warehouse started the contract on 23 December, and I am charged since then, although the phone was not delivered to this day.
Please cancel the contract, keep the phone and return all the costs including the charges from Vodafone.

My husband was in store to do an upgrade and order for me a phone .They do the contract and they said phone it will be in store tomorrow and today they call him and they said the upgrade not was done because of the sistem and they don’t have the phone .
With 2 days before Christmas.
Awful company i don’t recommend.

Endless cold calls - every time I say delete my details and do not call me again. Every time in clear breach of the data protection act they retain my phone number and try again a month later. Awful organisation. Go elsewhere and never give them your contact details

I was contacted by some one saying they were from 3, my network provider, and that I could upgrade, turns out they were from Carphone Warehouse, a total con. Contacted them to complain have heard nothing. Avoid at all costs

I am getting very tired of receiving calls from this company trying to persuade me to switch my phone supplier. Cold calling is ALWAYS an abomination and this company should know better.

This is ridiculous how many calls I am receiving from this desperate little Company.
Have continued to say I am in a contract and not interested. I will never shop here again.

Can't comment on the quality of products but their awful sales team have ensured I will never have to. I get called once a day and have repeatedly asked to be taken off the list - this obviously hasn't happened and the callers are belligerent and outright rude. I have blocked each number as they call but they have just been using different landlines. Awful, awful sales tactics have ensured I will never purchase from here.

Absolutely appalling service, every sales encounter and 5 phone calls and I’ve been lied to and mislead every single time ,now waiting over 15 days since cancelling my order and still showing stuck them . Do not ever upgrade with this company

On more than one occasion, I have experience poor customer service from Carphone Warehouse, the contact centre team talk to fast, there phone are very poor quality, they do not apply active listening when handling a call... And one of the customer service representative started trying to argue with me. And just put me back in the que where I had to wait 20 mins. I was not impressed and the days of talking to someone face to face where someone will sit down and help you.

I've just had the rudest cold calling by a representative from Carphonewarehouse. Someone called from India trying to sell me a phone with plan. I was really polite but she was so rude and put the phone down on me because I said sorry, not interested.

Carphonewarehouse, contacted me because I was able to make another phone deal, and as soon as I said, sorry I'm not interested, they've simply switch off the phone... That's completely rude, after me taking my time to answer politely their phone call and said no... At least a good bye would make a difference!

Carphone Warehouse has been taken over by Currys. What a disaster!
Trying to get through to them is an absolute joke. I won't go into all the details of my nightmare but rest assured don't try it yourself.

Only buy from Carphone Warehouse if you then want to be harassed every single day by someone trying to up-sell another product to you from a different phone number every day. I have asked to be removed from their call list but still they persist.

I just received a marketing phone call from carphone warehouse and when I asked to be removed from all marketing the person on the phone asked 'What is wrong with you? Why don't you want a new phone?'

Incredibly rude to me when I pointed out how rude that was, and then goaded me on to report them for GDPR breech, which I have done.

My partner and I ALWAYS used to use our local Store. The staff were knowledgeable and skilled as well as helpful. They cared ! 5 🌟
I am currently considering an upgrade as is my partner.
My nearest 2 Stores are now closed.
I looked online.
Nearest Store Wisbech. I phoned to confirm there were staff in store and ask if the Kings Lynn branch were still open. The man confirmed there was still a Store at Kings Lynn.
I phoned your Customer Service line.
She stated that there was not a Store in Kings Lynn nor Fakenham.
My nearest Stores were apparently Skegness and Boston. NOT true. Closest maybe if you crossed The Wash on a boat! Your Agent could not comprehend this.
Whatever has happened to Customer Service?!
Not everyone wants to do things online.
People need to be accessible.
In person.
On the phone...to compliment any online service.
Come on Carphone Warehouse.

First of all if I could leave a Zero Star review I would .
I ordered a sim free phone online the delivery state was clearly stated in a few weeks time as soon as my confirmation email arrived that was in a few minutes it raised suspicion as it then stated "expected delivery date " I was reassured by the knowhow team deliveries are not affected .
I then waited for the date of delivery thinking everything would be ok, after all I was told in the confirmation email that there were any problems I would be told .
The phone never arrived I then rang carphone warehouse up for a refund because they said" they didn't have any idea when it would be delivered "
WHEN ARE COMPANIES LIKE THIS ONE GOING TO BE MORE STRICTLY REGULATED !!! RIPPING PEOPLE OFF BY NOT HAVING ITEMS IN STOCK AND TAKING MONEY OFF THEM AND EARNING INTEREST ...I Will never walk into a CURRYS/PC WORLD AGAIN !! OR ANYTHING TO DO WITH CARPHONE WAREHOUSE .....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ..I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

Just had an unsolicited call from 02089599938 claiming to be from carphone wharehouse swearing at me telling me to f off then hanging up. outrageous ! will never use you again.
