What a superb shopping experience

What a superb shopping experience. Found everything I need at great prices. Online communication tools are great and easy to navigate, communication super and delivery was excellent with all of my items arriving in Northern Ireland 2 days ahead of scheduled date. Overall superb. I will be shopping again with Carpimoto very soon for sure. Thanks 👍

Was sent a Givi Rack that didn't suit…

Was sent a Givi Rack that didn't suit Australian 2024 model Honda Forza 350.
I requested a return authority by email, waited 3 days then Antonio from Sales emailed me and said he'd look into it.
He got back to me later that day, recommended another part and sent it that day.
I just paid the difference in part price with no extra for postage.
Very impressed with the professionalism of this company and the 4 day delivery from Italy.
Will shop again.

My favourite site for parts and accessories

These guys sell great products, at great prices, including cheap shipping (to Australia). They know their stuff and have always been reliable for me on product enquiries. Post your question at the bottom of your product page and they respond on the same day. The questions and answers stay there for everyone to see, so check prior product questions and answers before asking. Every product page also guides you to check the compatibility of the product for your bike. It also gives you indications of additional required parts or optional accessories, but this can be easy to miss if you don’t read all details on the page carefully.

I just hope they keep this up and don’t start employing careless and incompetent staff and call centres, like most other growing businesses.

Highly recommended

Highly recommended. Fast responses, good prices, VERY fast shipping! I ordered on Wednesday and the package was delivered from Italy to my house in Sweden on Friday morning. Very impressive!

Fastest delivery ever!

I've never ever had a faster delivery than Caprimoto just did. Ordered brakepads and got it delivered next day via DHL! Italy to Ireland in one day! Just amazing! Packed well too.

Easily the best.

Realy realy great website for aftermarket parts. I love compatibility graph,it works precisely. Delivery was insanely fast,sent on the same day even I ordered on second half of the day,arrived in around 48 hours. If item is in stock,then it really is in stock,not like other shops.

Carpimoto what a service. Wow.

WOW, what a great service, I needed 2 x Brembo discs for my BMW classic, ordered Sunday night & they were delivered Tuesday.. (Italy- Manchester). That’s quicker that a local delivery would take, and I saved nearly £100.00 it sure pays to shop around , even with the import duty added. I will definitely use this company again.

Not responding to service requests.

Givi Windscreen broke from, wind, sent Carpimoto a picture and explanation of what happened and they haven't even responded in a full week.

Update:
Got a response now, they say it was a short business week in Italy which I'm not familiar with. But at least there's some progress now.

Second update:
Problem solved in a satisfactory manner.

I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume the initial late reply was indeed due to a public holiday in Italy. Communication was good and quick once they actually replied. In the end it was a good experience overall so I've updated to 5 stars.

5 Stars is not enough!

5 Stars is not enough!

Due to a problem with a Canadian supplier and a parts mix-up, I needed an adapter kit for some Givi Panniers for my 2023 Tiger 900 GT Pro.

The parts were not available in Canada and Carpi-Moto’s price was half that of ordering from the States! Also, shipping from the states is never fast. After reading the reviews, I thought I’d give Carpi Moto a try.

I placed an order on the weekend and first thing Monday morning, I received the tracking information indicating an estimated deliver on Friday. DHL exceeded my expectations by having the customs documents dealt with efficiently and the parts were delivered do my doorstep at noon on Wednesday; 2 & ½ days from Italy to my house in Canada - WOW!

I could not ship a package 500km in Canada for the price of their shipping costs and it certainly would not be delivered so quickly!

Thank you Carpi Moto and DHL, your partnership has just made you my #1 parts supplier!

Unbelievable service

Unbelievable service and automated email updated - especially as someone who was wary about placing a large order online with a company I have not dealt with before. carpimoto do not disappoint. I placed an order for Arka headers that were confirmed as being in-stock (using there website check facility) on Thursday night, they shipped Friday afternoon from Italy and were delivered to Ireland on Monday - using express shipping. Exhaust headers were extremely well packaged and included install guide print outs. They have a repeat customer with me now.

Scam artists, sent incomplete shipment and refused to amend

I bought a set of GIVI lateral attachment plates for my second bike. I paid for it in december, and it arrived around christmas. I didn't open the box as I was still waiting for the metal rack to arrive. Last week my rack finally arrived from Ukraine of all places and I went to Yamaha to install the rack and the GIVI mounting plates.

To my surprise and disappointment, the box contained the two GIVI plates (and the right type) but none of the mounting gear (brackets and screws) necessary to attach them to the lateral rack.

I contacted Carpi moto and said that the screws are missing, and I was a little pissed off seeing as I have a trip coming up in a week and now I won't be able to mount my bags to the bike. I asked how is this possible to send the two plates without any screws or brackets???

They responded with an insinuation that I was being dishonest, questioning why I had opened the package after so long, and that they always had two different people checking each package. I told them that I was waitingfor my metal rack, and anyway, how would I benefit in scamming them for set of mounting brackets? If I wanted to scam them, I'd say that the package never came or that the product was damaged. But I just wanted the mounting kit!

They replied with audacity that they *might* be able to acquire the mounting kit if I made another order. Obviously I told them that I was NOT going to make another order and that they need to send me what I paid for. They refused to do this without me paying the shipping.

Out of rage I ended up buying a full second mounting kit and plates from GIVI directly, 100 bucks completely wasted for Carpi moto. Strongly discourage buying anything from this extremely dishonest and unserious company

Short answer: after 60 days that customer received parts, he took the parts in a Yamaha shop and the shop told him bolts and fasteners are missing. We asked pictures of what he received, He did not provided any picture, We asked the Givi envelope picture, to check with Givi if there was a packing mistake, He did not provided any because he throw everything away. Since 60 days past from delivery it is not possible for us to check if we made a mistake, not possible for Givi if there was a packing mistake, since customer has thrown away original packing there is no way to send us an evidence of the missing parts.
The solution is in the middle: we offered to ship parts for free along a new order or just paying the freight.
The customer answer was just insult us.

Since It is not possible to write all the email history , we just copy and paste the first two and last two.
Customer: 20 Feb 2023: I don’t understand how it is possible, but you have sent me the base without the kit necessary to attach it! The fastener kit and screws aren’t in the box!
Carpi Moto: Can you please send pictures of what you received ?
Customer: Only the plates! (no pictures)
….
Carpi Moto: I received an incomplete product: this what you write after 60 days from delivery. We believe in you and in our work as well, we are simply asking to send pictures of the original Givi packing, not of the parcel, because if there was a mistake it was made by Givi not by us; therefore we asked Givi a free replacement and they asked us to send the original Givi envelope with the bar code, that’s a common procedure for every manufacturer, they need to verify if there was a problem with a lot. In any case , please note that 60 days past from delivery, every shop in the world would have simply told you “sorry every claim about missing or broken parts should have made just after delivery”
We are simply asking to send picture to prove what you are writing, nevertheless without any proof we are also offering to ship for free the parts you are telling are missing along a new order.
Customer: Ah yes, 8 days. I realize I should have expected to receive two plates without a mounting kit and thus checked it right away, despite my rack still being a month away from delivery. Shame on me, for expecting that you actually delivered what I paid for. Yet you claimed that two different people "checked" this package, and insinuate that I am dishonest. Some audacity displayed here. Clowns. Don't worry, I've just spent 150 dollars on a new kit from GIVI. You low life scammers can keep your kit and save the few coins it would require to rectify the shitty job you have done.
Fucking imbeciles. What a clown shop.
Carpi Moto: You did not checked what you received at the time you received. We replied, no problem, please send the Givi envelope, You replied you throw it away, We replied, no problem, we will send for free along a new order, I can add we can ship for free, just pay the shipping fees, there is no proof of what you are telling us, Do you read in any part you are a liar ? Finally your words. I won’t reply in the way you are treating us, it does not worth, Cheers.

Brutal handling

Where to start? First, at sunday i ordered wrong item. Monday morning guys at carpimoto changed the order and shiped the package. Tuesday noon i got the package, from Italia to Zagreb in one frikin day. About the quality of the item... top notch best of the best... keep it up guys, from now on my favorite online motobike shop.

Best moto store - recommended

I have placed several orders with Carpimoto and they are always very quick to dispatch goods (usually within a few hours of ordering) and delivery via DHL is ultra fast (4 days to Sydney!) and quite economical. They are also extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
