Well what can I say . Arrived late and not he perfect tailor made fit I was expecting plus it stinks of rubber even thou supposed to be odourless. Was told to wash it which I did and it still stinks of rubber .car stinks of rubber even thou Matt isn’t even in there now . Save your money these people are scammers as far as I’m concerned total waste of money .

Shambolic is the word.
Nothing after 3 days as STATED. tracking provided is sub rent and shows the same thing everyday !
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. GO ELSEWHERE.
No reply to 3 emails or no phone number to contact them.

Having read the other reviews of this company I had expected the worst. However the mats arrived within 5 days of placing the order (this included a bank holiday weekend). Mats fitted the vehicle and had retaining fasteners that secured them to floor lugs. Mats seemed to be of decent quality but time will tell. Quite a strong smell of rubber but they are rubber mats with a rubber heel pad.

Despite the poor reviews, I ordered mine and they came in good time, fit the car perfectly and were good quality. 5 star service.

Mats were advertised for 2003-2008 forester. I have put them in my 2005 forester and only the front passenger side fits the rest are all to big and not the right shape.
They were delivered quick and are good quality for the price but would not recommend.

Don’t bother, you might as well set fire to your money instead! Pay a couple of quid extra and buy from someone else. Carsio will send you the wrong product and then they will not sort it out or issue a refund.

The mats I ordered came with the wrong clips to attach them to the car floor. I reported this to Carsio and Fernando asked me to send a picture of the clips on the car floor. I did this but they obviously don’t have the right clips because since then they have just ignored my repeated emails (I have sent them several emails chasing them over the last two months which they just don’t reply to). I have even asked for a refund and they have ignored that too.

Just a rubbish company.

I’ve been scammed.
My money taken and no mats.
My cousin is a producer with the BBC and this company of tramps are now being investigated.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!

I had ordered my car mats with these as they claim to be ‘shipped fast’ these have been nothing but shambolic! You can’t speak to anyone, all you have to do is email which nobody responds to. I needed them urgent so ordered these elsewhere (nothing fancy just generic) upon several emails I said dont bother posting now just refund it all. Instead I get an email couple of days later item has been despatched!

If the order took this long coming imagine how the refund would go!! Save your money, give it elsewhere! If i could give 0 stars I would! I never leave reviews but this was that bad I felt I had to warn other people!!

Took over 10 days to be delivered and then they do not fit the studs in the car (Kia EV6).

I ordered some mats for my new car but after purchasing I read the reviews and I automatically presumed the worst but I was presently surprised. My mats arrived 6 days after ordering them, they were a good quality for the price I paid and fit my car as they should. Apart from the 3rd row, the mats actually fit but there’s no clip points on my 3rd row, minor problem which isn’t a bother.

I ordered a super quality 900gsm mat with a sewn in heel pad with trim for £39.97…and all that was delivered was a mat with no heel pad and no evidence of the superior quality carpet. I paid £14.99 for a make do and wait from an online company and the new mat is no different to the cheap one.
Firstly I have been emailing this company all week and they do not reply to emails, nor do they provide tracking information which their online shop clearly stated they do…nor does it seem do they supply everything you order…I own a car lot and was looking for a company to supply me with mats for my stock, something a bit special and they failed at the first hurdle…don’t waste your money.

Don’t send an order confirmation email. Don’t send the goods. Don’t answer phone calls or emails. Do take your money! Thieving gits!

I have ordered a car mat set on 06/02/2023.
They took the payment on the same day and so far (11 days later) I have not received any goods.
It is impossible to contact them. They only reply with an automated e-mail stating that they will contact you "in hours"... of course they don't!

No money, no goods. Scammers!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered mats on 10-12-2022 as a Christmas present for my son. After numerous emails I got one reply - "Your order is on it's way".
Apart from that, nothing, no communication at all, apart from their autoreply. They have no phone number to ring if there is a problem. I asked for a refund, nothing, I asked for a refund and threatened them with trading standards and lo and behold, an email saying they couldn't track my package and they would be issuing a refund!
Think I might contact trading standards anyway.

Money taken very efficiently for mats for a Christmas present early December. No car mats forthcoming. e.mails ignored and customer telephone number never answered. This company is a sham! Now recovering order amount from Visa. Would give no stars if I could. Do not use !!

If I could select zero stars I would. Ordered 1/12/22, advertised 2/3 day delivery. Heard nothing. Sent three emails, no response. Raised a dispute with PayPal early Jan & received refund 6/1/23. All they needed to do was send an update to me, disgraceful. Avoid, plenty more companies out there who want your order.

1. I ordered a set of car mats (ORDER #MATS15279) for my car and once the order was in I started to receive a heavy amount of spam and phishing type of emails. I reported this to them and they asked for copies which I did. The spam/phishing emails stopped. The mats arrived and they were terrific so good in fact that I gave them a good review.
2. Thinking of a Christmas present for my son I ordered a set of mats (ORDER #MATS15454)
for his car. on 11th December. received confirmation and my payment was taken from PayPal the next day. As they were advertised as being delivered in time for Christmas I started to get worried about the delivery and sent them an email but received no reply. I have since written three emails and to date (28th December) have heard nothing. Oh, and after the order, I started receiving Spam/Phishing Emails again.

The first-order product is very good and they fit my vehicle perfectly as the original mats did with the original holes for fixture points. What concerns me is the after-sales and other communications which are very very bad.

Ordered mats for Mazda 3 on 5/12/22. After 2 weeks send 3 emails where are my mats. No response, no tel nr available. After 3 weeks seeing other comments I am reported dispute in bank.

Absolutely appalling, have waited almost 4 weeks for my order and it still isn’t shipped yet. No one’s replying and now my dad and boyfriend won’t have anything that arrives in time for Christmas. Ordered in November!! I’m now £60 out of pocket
