An excellent customer service experience.
I ordered a pack of three cartridges. Two were fine but one was either faulty or incompatible with my printer. I contacted the company and a replacement was despatched without any quibble or delay. I particularly commend Wiktoria on her swift, courteous and efficient handling of my email.
Although I've used Canon's own cartridges until this latest order, I'll have no hesitation in ordering their own product from Cartridge People again in view of the prompt and efficient performance of their guarantee.

Great customer service help
I spoke to two assistants. The first, Hannah, was very helpful suggesting potential solutions to my problem. She advised me to call back whether the final solution worked or not. I called back and spoke to Sam. As promised, Sam arranged for a replacement cartridge for the faulty one. Both were friendly and helpful, excellent service, thank you.

Expected my cartridges in 2 days. Phoned me with some special offer 24 hours after placing order when they could have been shipping my cartridges. Didn't give my permission for sales calls on my phone number. Just ship my order ASAP. Not happy

i have to say this company has never let me down the products are 10/10 postage very quick and the customer service is second to none. had a little issue last week and George was straight on it very helpfull and it was resolved very quick.

Excellent prices and customer service
The pricing was very competitive, and delivery was fast. Unfortunately, the first shipment went missing, but it appears to have been an issue with the carrier rather than Cartridge People. Vicky responded incredibly quickly and promptly arranged a replacement, which arrived the very next day in perfect condition.
Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back for all my printing needs!

cartridges not recognised. two Epson printers. Neither worked. Had several tries. Was assured that they now had some fancy new chip arrangement that would ensure they would work but no. Now awaiting full refund. Have wasted hours. Will try elsewhere.

A great response from a talented customer service team member.
The call was answered very promptly and Sam, the customer service team member I spoke to was polite, well-informed and extremely efficient. He sorted things out very quickly after I emailed a photo of the problem and arranged delivery of a replacement cartridge almost immediately after I had emailed the photo. Very good indeed!

Great customer service. Given advice on which printer to buy. Aiden was very knowledgeable and had the time to discuss various options. No nonsense honest advice. Really appreciated and saved me loads of time searching the myriad of printers, models, numbers etc.

Superb service from Liam on order cancellation / refund
A superb service from Liam in Customer services. I placed an order for black/ colour HP305 cartridges with Cartridge People as their prices were very good compared to other suppliers. However my daughter called round with a birthday present for me which was a payment for HP Instant Ink. Have been trying my best to get HP Instant Ink for some time but have been unable to get it sorted. So having now got HP Instant Ink ( eventually ) I now do not need to buy HP 305 cartridges. I contacted Liam at Customer Services about my order. 'Not a problem ' he said. He then cancelled my order and arranged for a refund. Confirmation received today of said refund. Well done Liam 5* thanks.
