I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations but our website clearly say allow 3-5 days for delivery. You placed your order on a Friday, the following Monday was a public holiday. Your order was shipped on the Wednesday. That is well within the 3-5 business days. 😀
Toner quality
I have noticed that the toners that I buy from you tend to fade print at around 1/2 way. This occurs with each generic toner I have bought.

Rather than leaving a negative review, how about you call or email us informing us of the problem so we can exchange the faulty toners as this can happen. It is a bit unfair leaving negative reviews without first giving us the opportunity to fix the problem. Let us know which ones are faulty and we will happily replace them with a different brand. 😀
