I ordered and received 2 HP cartridges
The first one was fine but the second was rubbish quality. It missed out whole chunks of printing and was really smudgey. I've asked for a replacement twice now. No reply. Don't use them.

No contact details other than an admin email no phone or personal ID
Didn’t say that inks were reconditioned
Over 7 + days for order although took payment very quickly!!
Printer didn’t recognise ink, just sent a little instruction note
Packaging was rubbish
Unprofessional and service was shambolic
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone out there

I had to chase delivery but the cartridges did arrive after a week. They are refills not originals and although they work the ink is poor quality, the black is very grey and the colours are not bright. I wouldn't order from them again.

If I could give a minus I would..no good no refund ..rubbish

Do NOT use this company. I have 9 ink cartridges purchased from CartridgeStop that do not work in my HP printer. I contacted them to request replacements, which they emailed by return to state they would send out the replacements. No replacement was received. So I emailed again, they promised again they would send out & guess what .... no replacement cartridges. Absolutely rubbish.

There was a problem with my order but it was responded to promptly and resolved - thanks cartridgestop

Ordered genuine HP 303 twin pack but goods received were refills. I know they will work but that is not what was ordered. Also had to chase up for delivery but did eventually receive a response with an apology. Advise caution

The cartridges are not genuine HP cartridges as stated on your website and requested on the order
The black and the cyan are out of date, and the magenta and cyan are short dated.
Avoid

Ordered Samsung Toners, spurious arrived , fit them and now our printer doesn't work at all.

The website clearly shows genuine HP cartridges, as does the invoice. Only on receipt ( Late delivery) do you find they are cheap compatible cartridges with old chips that do not work on the latest printer software versions. No where can we see the company being honest about what they sell. No customer service number and they have yet to bother to reply to our emailed complaint.

Paid for emergency inks for a customer. drop shipped directly.
NOTHING after 1 week no telephone number.

Following my order confirmation, the delivery did take a couple of weeks to arrive. However after I contacted Cartridge stop to find out where my order was, they emailed me back and apologised for the delay. They said my inks would be with me within 2 days, which they were. These were genuine refilled HP301 inks which have worked perfectly in my printer so far.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. HAVEN'T RECEIVED CATRIDGE AND UNABLE TO CONTACT AT ALL!!!!!!!

Took 2 weeks. Had to chase.
Kept being told a day for delivery and never arrived.
Got told they deliver with Royal Mail, but had Royal Mail delivery to my door today, and no cartridges.
Happened to go out my back door this evening and a parcel was left leaning against the wall. No knock, nothing. No idea how long been left there. Thankfully it wasn't raining today.
Ended up having to buy elsewhere, as completely ran out of ink and couldn't print with the time it took them to deliver.
Not sure how long it would have taken had I not chased them up.
They respond quick, just shame about their delivery time.

The cartridge was not as expect of HP original.
however, when contact to cartridgestop, they did answer back promptly and processed refund without delay.( I was worried sick when I read the reviews about this website was a scam, the fact is, their service was not that bad, just the mislead about goods, not original HP )

My experience with this company is fantastic, customer service is very good.

Thought when i had to wait a month that i had been scammed but when I contacted them they sent the cartridges

didnt realise they were recycled HP cartridges

they are working well though

Cartridge stop seems genuine but should state that the cartriges are not original HP ones

I bought the set of inks for HP printer, first didn't work but I contacted the seller and the issue was solved. The seller responded quickly and was very helpful. So then I will use the service again.

Seemed like a good buy but didn't last.
I have had the same printer for about 2 decades and so know from experience that my HP45 cartridges last me over 2 years each.
When the last one ran out - I purchased one from cartridgestop. This appeared to be Ok until suddenly showing signs of failure after only 5 months. My usage was no more than normal.
I wrote to the company via email - as their contact page doesn't work (still not fixed a few weeks later) - but didn't get a reply.

Having ordered and paid for two full sets of ink cartridges and not received any confirmation of despatch after a couple of days I looked at trust pilot reviews and my heart sank that I would never receive my order. However, I emailed cartrdgestop to query delivery and received a prompt reply back stating that I should receive my order within 2 days. Today my order arrived and the cartridges are working although they are not the original Brother cartridges I thought I would receive so obviously refills but can’t complain about the service. Not sure I would order from here again though just in case!
