Grate company and well set up very helpful and aswered all my questions about building a trike.

I wait 2 mounth ago and do not come i pay 1 day delivery!

I've had same issue as others. Goods ordered but nothing received. Not answering phone despite multiple calls. I got a reply to an email I sent saying royal mail had lost a batch of parcels and they would resend. Still nothing. Again not picking up the phone and no reply to my email this time. Paid via PayPal so opened a dispute and got refund. Looks like website taken down now. AVOID AS THIS FIRM LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVE GONE BUST

I ordered over a week ago and paid extra for next day delivery. Nothing has arrived.
I emailed several times and received 1 reply to say that because of demand they were running behind. I emailed again but no reply this time. I’m wondering if they’re taking all the money they can before they close down and have no intention to send out any orders!
Very disappointed

Ordered a week ago, paid extra for quick postage and still nothing. They have sent me a royal mail link however it still says "Sender has said they're sending the item to us". Honestly I should have read the reviews before buying!

Ordered a week ago, paid extra for faster delivery. Items not arrived, no tracking numbers have been provided. No reply to my messages asking for tracking/updates
Company now shown on site as ceased trading
Not hopeful on receiving anything now,
Thank goodness I paid via PayPal.
Will start refund process today !

Item I purchased is a bargain. Good service and speedy delivery.

I ordered 26/11/2019 and so far have not received my order or any refund.

Item has not yet turned up - ordered more than 2 weeks ago.

I still haven't received my order. I have emailed Carvaka and made a request through paypal but both unanswered.

Toys cheaply made, ordered 4...only 2 work and one (cock sleeve) wouldnt fit action man, its that narrow.

Also this seems to have been a scam. I am now constantly receiving attempts to hack my paypal and Apple accounts.

ORDER NOT RECIEVED!!! Opened a dispute with PayPal as royal mail tracking number says that they haven't recieved the goods yet even though it was due for delivery 3 days ago. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them.

Emails send through paypal and direct and no reply. I will not close dispute until I receive goods or refunded. Thank God I used paypal to make the order and covered with them.

After reading other reviews, if you do decide to order from them for God sake dont pay by card use PayPal so your covered. But to be honest seems to be a SCAM!!! Any good reviews are prob from people they know.
