Seven months of excuses after taking €2,773.93 in full

I strongly advise prospective customers to read this before paying Casa Padrino or Demotex GmbH.

I placed Order No. 104414 on 7 December 2025 for several items of furniture. The full amount of €2,773.93 was paid on 8 December 2025. As of 18 July 2026, 222 days have passed, yet I have received no furniture, no refund and no reliable evidence that the goods have been dispatched.

This is not an ordinary production or delivery delay. It is more than seven months of non-delivery following full payment.

During this period, I received repeated assurances:

28 May 2026: I was told that the order would arrive “next week” and would then be shipped directly to me.

15 June 2026: I was told that the supplier had taken too long and that I might receive a discount because of the extended delay.

6 July 2026: I was again told that the matter would be resolved and that the company would come back to me “inside the week”.

These promises were not fulfilled. No confirmed dispatch date, transport company, consignment reference or valid tracking information was supplied.

The customer account still displays the vague status “Currently being shipped”, while the shipping-date field remains empty. After more than seven months, this status is meaningless without verifiable shipping documentation.

Communication has been sporadic and has consisted mainly of further promises rather than a concrete solution. My repeated attempts to obtain a definite delivery date, proof of dispatch or a refund have not produced a satisfactory result.

I paid €2,773.93 in good faith. A business should not retain a customer’s money indefinitely while failing to provide either the purchased goods or a refund. The pattern of repeated assurances without delivery has left me feeling seriously misled and has completely destroyed my trust in this company.

I am now demanding the immediate cancellation of Order No. 104414 and a full refund of €2,773.93. If the refund is not processed promptly, I will pursue the matter through the payment provider, applicable consumer-protection mechanisms and formal legal channels in the United Kingdom and Germany.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Casa Padrino or Demotex GmbH. Customers considering a substantial purchase should exercise extreme caution and should avoid bank transfer or other payment methods that provide limited buyer protection.

I purchased one Italian Sofa from Casa

I purchased one Italian Sofa from Casa. Item was very expensive and I was extremely worried about the quality. I called multiple times but ensured about superb quality. Finally I received it on yesterday. Really amazing. Love it. Thank you very much.

This should be a minus 10

This should be a minus 10 - Total lack of any customer service and lack of pride in their company.
My lastest email was met with a response of we have shipped it and you will get it - how rude. No photos,
No contact details, No packing list, No confirmation of the address you are sending to and if we can offload it

My email today and I have sent many and always met with arrogant indifference from Florian who obviously thinks he is far too important to update his customer with a very angry client waiting more than 6 months who wants to complete his garden room in Richmond London. My Email: Where are my goods we paid Euro 10,000 August last year - you said you have shipped them yet you refuse to show me photos of what you have shipped or where you have shipped them to and any shipping documents.
THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY WE HAVE EVERY DEALT WITh

Deception

The customer service is unacceptable. I purchased a shelf on July 31 and canceled the order on August 1 because the delivery time was too long. According to the cancellation policy, cancellations are allowed without any cost. However, to this day, I am still waiting for my refund. On the website, the state that refunds are processed within 14 days, yet it has already been 19 days without any confirmation that I will receive my money back. This is a significant amount of money, and I feel deceived.

The worst customers service

The fournitures are good but the problem is everything else.. I've been waiting for a coffee table. It's two month late. And i have no proper answer about where it is!!!! At the beginning it was on its way, then it was delay, then they didn't know where it was and now they realise it's still at the firm.... And i only had those answer because i keep asking !!!! Like i write so many email to have answers!!! And they Don't give a damn about the customers. Those fournitures are beautiful but pricy, so the custom services is suppose to be well manage right? Nope.nothing. So if you have the energy to deal with that mess, yeah go for it. But otherwise run !!!!!
