Fraudulent and unauthorized use of my property after contract termination
I had a 3 year contract with CasaBoma to manage my apartment as a short-term rental in May 2022, but I terminated the agreement in December 2024 paying them 7150€ and we signed a termination contrat.
Despite this, CasaBoma continues to list my apartment on several rental platforms including Booking.com without my consent.
Since January, I have had around three different groups of tourists show up at my door, today one more family of 4 persons claiming they had a valid booking through Booking.com and even presenting proof of payment. These guests were misled into believing they had rented my property, which is a direct result of CasaBoma’s fraudulent practices.
This is not just unprofessional — it is unauthorized, deceptive, and highly damaging both to me as the property owner and to unsuspecting travelers. It amounts to a potential scam.
I strongly warn other property owners: avoid CasaBoma at all costs. Their conduct is unacceptable and deeply unethical.
