I was a bit nervous about buying from Casa Maria at first only because I found them on instagram but I really had nothing to worry about. The whole process was brilliant. I sent a email to them to ask a few questions before I purchased and phoned me within a hour and was so helpful, nothing was to much trouble. The insulation was great aswell. Two lovely men Neil and Charlie, who also put up with my three dogs!
If you are thinking of using them do, it really has been such a easy process, which makes a change .

Ordered from here as a whole package with lights and draw down sides. Free heater too.
Come quickly. Put up by our landscape gardeners. Absolutely love it. Good price too

This is the second review I have written, my original doesn't seem to appear! I ordered my garden furniture and my husband ordered a pergola early in June. Deadline after deadline was failed to be met and apology after apology text. Payment was taken when I was told it wouldn't be. The pergola we are no further forward with, no delivery date, no erection date, even though we paid in full seven weeks ago. The furniture arrived yesterday, delivered by two men in a hired van. They told me at 8.30 am they would be with me at 10. 30, they arrived at 2.20, no explanation which doesn't surprise me!!! I received two big boxes that I couldn't check and was told if I didn't sign for them they wouldn't leave them! The summer will be over before we can enjoy what we have spent over £5000 in!!!! I believe this is totally unacceptable! This review reply is pointless, the "upgraded" lights don't work and we have contacted Casa Maria three times to no avail!! I will perhaps get another apology!

Greta bed. Was a little sceptical at first when purchasing from here but 10/10 bed, great price, fast delivery!

I’ll admit I was initially sceptical about ordering from this company after reading some of their reviews, especially with so many other pergola suppliers out there. However, I couldn’t have been more wrong to hesitate. The quality of their products is genuinely outstanding, and their customer service has been exceptional from start to finish, with regular updates throughout the process.

Delivery was prompt, perfectly handled, and completely damage‑free. Even Tommy, the driver, offered a few helpful tips on the day. The product itself was extremely well packaged, and the assembly was straightforward thanks to clearly labelled panels and easy‑to‑follow instructions.

Overall, I’m genuinely impressed and can’t praise this company enough. Their products are top quality, their service is excellent, and I say this as a real customer and a genuine human being.

The product (Bliss Pergola) is wonderful. The quality is good. We ordered a complete kit - 4x3metres, which we ordered in plenty of time. The base was completed and we then unpacked everything to realise that we needed two different windshields than the ones in the order, due to the direction we built the pergola.
We contacted Casa Maria, asking to exchange the two windshields and order fixed panels - which would be a significant extra cost - which we were happy to pay for.
The reply came back saying no exchange as we were outside of the 14 days.
A rather short sighted approach as (a) the company would have made more money and (b) my husband who has his own construction company was going to advertise it all over his social media.
So, rather short sighted approach by Casa Maria!
However the product is very good.

I am absolutely over the moon with my beautiful mango wood sideboard. It is so well made, of such excellent quality and it looks extremely classy. It is such a good price and just what I was looking for...It was delivered promptly and was protected really well in the packaging and the customer service I received was excellent...very friendly and helpful ...I would definitely recommend this company .. Very impressed.

Product appears to be of good quality, communication has been brilliant, we paid to have it assembled, the people who came were great efficient and tidy. Only down side the delivery is stated as 6 to 10 days and it was over 2 weeks once in stock.

Ordered was simple. Arrived and fitted within 3 weeks. Fitter were really helpful and done a great job. Looks amazing,

ordering my pergola was simple and easy and the communication from Case Maria was second to none. The delivery arrived on time and the delivery guys were lovely and very helpful. the pergola was perfectly packed and each box was clearly labelled.
Would defiantly use again and recommend

Good price excellent service

After some initial issues with communication, the fitting of our pergola went ahead our fitters were brilliant. We are very happy with the pergola.

The Rattan garden furniture we purchased for nearly £700.00 four years ago deteriorated so bad that it is now unsafe to use.
When we contacted the company including photos of the failed product they replied by hiding behind the manufacturer 1 year warranty and a 25% discount on a new set of furniture that would probably fail in the same way!
We are so disappointed having moved the furniture into the garage so to avoid inclement weather every year.

Absolutely fabulous garden furniture, easy to assemble and looks fantastic. The depth of the cushions would make this out of my price range with other companies. So happy with the product and looking to purchase more!
