Never again

I ordered the case or should I say a case the first time and it took months to find out what happened to it and they couldn't send me one in between which I found to be ridiculous and it was just very upsetting that it took 30 emails to finally get another one sent to me and it wasn't even the one I wanted so yes I was very unsatisfied

This new case opens wrong left to right feels weird every time use it. I guess you could say it is really upside down for my Kindle.

I got a text that said the Case was…

I got a text that said the Case was delivered, which it wasn’t. Went to PO no help at all. Sent a message back to company n nothing. Not happy at all.

I ordered to 2 Amazon Kindles that came…

I ordered to 2 Amazon Kindles that came with covers fr this company. Their online was dysfunctional! I finally got my custom pic to go through to get my order completed. Then they only sent me 1 cover. I communicated the error to them and still never received the 2nd cover I was owed. -10 rating if I could rate that low!!

This company never responded to…

This company never responded to contacting them. The screen protectors arrived cracked and broken, and we never received a confirmation about this issue or replacements.

I had received a free voucher to get a…

I had received a free voucher to get a case for my amazon tablet. Looking through the choices I had picked a beautiful blue marble from the choices, but when I received the cover it was more of a pinkish marble. I was told that each one was special and unique and I wasnt going to get a replacement. It looked nothing like the picture and I was disappointed. If I had known I would have selected a solid black or gray or even a deep blue/navy. Horrible customer service.

I received it, use it multiple times a day. (Even a little light abuse). It is still good as new. The product is great.

Nice and colorful

Nice case, fair selection of themes, colors and patterns. Delivery service was relatively fast. No problems at checkout. Reason for only four stars is the customizing process for the cases was a bit difficult, so I had to switch to just choosing one of the offered patterns. I like the chosen pattern but I really wanted it customized with a family photo.

If could give no stars I would

If could give no stars I would. I say do not do business with this company. December, 2022 I received wrong item, no invoice or return info in package I received and no number to contact, had to text. After several days and texts was told no refund but send item back and would receive a “voucher”. Many months later have still have no refund no voucher, nothing!
