I may choose less then 1 if available. This company assigned credit card ( extrakarte ) on my name to fraud guy who edited my data and applied for it. When i contacted customer care , they asked me to pay whole amount ( Used 624 Euros ) which fraud guy other wise my schufa score will impact . My first question is how come this company assigned credit card with edited documents, forcing me to pay whole amount.

Absolute Horror
Absolute Horror. Communication is terrible, replies to my questions, only lead to more questions. Bot generated replies.. all of this to stretch time and get more warnings sent to you - get more money out of you.
I borrowed 400€ (100€ on top to get the money at the next day, and not in 2 weeks..) I think yall understand it’s an absolute joke and they want to get as much money out of someone as it’s possible. Whatever, I asked if I can pay them back in instalments, and they replied positive. After I sent the first payment, I get a reply that says, that I can’t pay them back in instalments anymore, and have to pay it all back in one..
ofc I couldn’t because I relied on them saying I can pay in instalments. Yall get it, they trying to stretch time and get their hands in yours pockets.
Never again, stay away 🔴

This is by far the worst scam I've ever…
This is by far the worst scam I've ever seen. I was granted, because of my score (which I have no idea what it is) 150€. Then they sent me at least 15 messages between sms and emails stating that the loan was standard, so the funds would be released between 7 and 10 working days, but I needed to pay on the 5th of June, and if I wanted the money the next working day, I could choose the express way, paying 39€ ha ha... I didn't accept anything, and the next day they sent me another round of messages, reminding me again that I would get the money in 7 to 10 working days... What if you actually needed the money? Then you'd be coaxed and scammed to get the money that you urgently need. I will never use this so called service again. I revoked my request and I hope they are actually forced by law to accept my revocation.
