Horrible customer service. The customer service phone number belongs to an individual that has nothing to do with the company. He was also complaining that he feels stalked daily because of casika.es.

I tried to reach them with all means including the WhatsApp chat to just get a message back saying that after 16 they are closed (I wrote at 13.00). Still waiting for my package which is somewhere unknown because the courier doesn't recognize the address and didn't bother to call me .(the address given to casika is pretty clear and legit)

I returned a 2 drawer unit 5 days ago and purchased a three drawer unit which came in 2 days very good 👍 but can I get a reply on my refund no . Won’t reply to emails and won’t answer the telephone very unprofessional and anti will never buy from again . From Portuguese casika

Ordered the wrong thing tried to return they don’t answer the phone don’t reply to messages? Not happy won’t buy from again .😤😤

when paying by Paypal, Casika.es charged me the VAT 2x times.
I sent 3 emails (in Spanish) over the course of 1 week, but nobody cares to reply or refund me.
For sure, there is something wrong with their payment system, but it's unacceptable they don't respond to customer's emails or messages on their webform.
