CasioSalesand service .com minus the service
Great selection...less than stellar service. Placed an order for a G-shock watch on Monday December 13th as a Christmas present.
Realizing time could be an issue I contacted CasioSalesandService.com to confirm the possibility of having the watch before Christmas. I was told the watch would be shipped that day. The shipping policy on the website states Monday thru Friday.
I called Wednesday the 15th to confirm the watch had been shipped. I was told that international shipments (Canada) are done every Wednesday. When I asked why was I told it would be shipped on Monday I was given no explanation. You can draw your own conclusions as to why that would have been.
I called CasioSalesandService.com today and was told the watch was shipped Thursday December 16.
Today is December 29th and I have yet to receive the watch.
