A security guard lied about incident
A security guard at this Company harassed and put a video camera into a resident’s face while he was on duty. The guard then lied about what transpired in order to cast fault on the resident. The slander and defamation of the resident did not matter to Casitas and the guard still works there. The resident does not enter this gated community in Newport Beach off of San Miguel Ave because he is not comfortable plus the guard my say another false thing if the resident looks at his wrong. The security guard has a history of aggressive behavior and is very moody towards residents at times. He recently had a run in with a Middle Eastern man who blocked the entrance and nearly got into a fistfight with him.
It is quite telling in this modern world if a security guard can lie about someone’s behavior in order to protect their job, and the resident is guilty until proven innocent based upon this man’s false testimony.
The homeowners association and the management company believed the security guard over the resident. The resident is a very well-known man with a solid reputation, who was be besmirched by a person of suspicious character and volatile nature, i.e. the unprofessional and vulgar security guard.
