Very frustrating seller to deal with. Don’t respond to my emails dating back 3/4 months. I have a large collection of whisky but have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service.

Customer service was "how it used to be", couldn't ask anymore from Caskshare after an issue I had paying for some whisky, how quickly it was resolved. Good old fashioned customer service, have recommended them to my friends based on my experience, all the best
We have still not received our order which was purchased in June and was meant to be ready for delivery in July. We received no communication from Caskshare until I chased up our order end of September and was told that there was a delay in bottling. We’re still waiting!
Excellent customer service & my husband enjoyed the wide range of whiskey
Very happy with the experience (quality of the whisky was good; interesting/unique selections), except for one big thing: they make it very difficult to stop the subscription service. After about 6 months, my husband and I wanted to stop. However, it was a @3 month process to stop the automatic credit card charges and get the correct last shipment. Staff were very friendly and responsive to my requests/inquiries, but it was frustrating.
Small hiccup with delivery, very quickly and professionally dealt with. Good selection of malts in the box. Exceptional value for money
Well packaged, interesting varied contents, arrived as expected and communication (s) first class
Efficient ordering service. Good selection of unusual and unique whiskeys.
I had a very frustrating experience with Caskshare and their customer service. Three weeks ago, I reached out to them for help verifying the authenticity of a bottle I purchased from a local online retailer. I sent images of the bottle hoping for some clarification, as I noticed that the bottles didn't have any security features. Also, all whiskies on their website have the same color of a liquid, which seemed strange.
Despite sending multiple follow-ups, I’ve received no meaningful response, only promises to look into my inquiry. It’s been over three weeks with zero of meaningful communication. Because of their painfully slow- or rather, nonexistent - response time, I ended up missing the deadline to return the whisky for a refund and left with $$$ out of pocket. This is not the level of customer service I expect, especially when dealing with products that are often a significant investment. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark like this, especially when they advertise such a high level of authenticity and quality assurance.
I will not be purchasing from them again and would advise others to be cautious when buying from Caskshare if customer support is a priority for you. Very disappointing experience.

I recently reached out to CashShare with some serious concerns regarding their products, but I am extremely disappointed by the lack of response or acknowledgment - three days and still nothing. Given the nature of the issues I raised, I expected at least some basic customer service acknowledgment, but unfortunately, that has not been the case.
To make matters worse, I had some significant concerns about the quality of their high-end bottles. I was shocked to find that even the most expensive bottles they sell- costing over £3,000 each - come with very cheap, transparent heat shrink and no discernible security features on the cap closure or seal. This raises major issues around the security and authenticity of the product when sold by a reseller or a collector. In an industry where counterfeit products can be rampant, the lack of tamper-proof measures is both alarming and unacceptable.
It’s disheartening to think that such a premium product could be so vulnerable to tampering. The absence of security features on such a high-ticket item leaves me questioning the brand’s commitment to quality and customer protection.
I expected more from a company offering such expensive products, and so far, their failure to respond to my concerns is a massive red flag. I will be exploring other options for purchasing fine bottles from companies that prioritize both product quality and customer service.
Overall, I cannot recommend CashShare based on my experience. There are serious concerns about both their product security and their customer service, and I would advise others to proceed with caution.
UPDATE: despite David’s promises to assist with authentication, over 3 weeks passed and David of Caskshare has NOT kept his word and has NOT provided any assistance, despite me sending all photos and follow up emails - it was all ignored. DISAPPOINTED with such a POOR support and NOT STANDING BEHIND THE BRAND, even for top shelf products.

The actual whisky is fine. However the organisation has moved away from what I feel the organisation originally set up to do.
Rubbish every time my shares are up I have to make contact though I only have small share I suppose I am insignificant for them to bother with me will not buy again I have some due in 2031 hope I remember them
Joined my first caskshare years ago and forgot time of bottling as emails were going to an old unused email despite informing caskshare. When I remembered I went into the account and selected delivery. No delivery :( when I contacted them they told me they hadn’t got the yield they expected and there were no bottles left. I did get a refund but very dissatisfied I was not contacted at the time and after such a long wait I have nothing. I have another bottle maturing and wondering if I will ever see that?
