Cardigans great. Shipping and communication poor

I love their cardigans, I’ve had one for two years and wear it all the time and it’s lasted really well. Their tops are fairly thin and see through and feel cheaper. The biggest issue is their shipping + communication. I understand they’re a small business but they never keep to pre-order shipping times by a good few weeks sometimes longer. They have pretty poor communication on when delivery is delayed. They reply to emails fast but you have to actively email them. They also will give you a new expected delivery time and still not keep to it.

try to get a refund and you’ll get blocked

Horrible customer service under the excuse that it is a small business when they should value the fact that people support their business. I asked multiple times 3 weeks before the shipment of my products to change the address due to the fact that it is a small business and it was claiming that in two weeks i would have my things shipped. I made my order at 1st of July, I had checked their policy and had made sure that my items would be shipped 2 weeks after my order was made, so I was expecting them to be shipped. I messaged them while mailing them multiple times and got no response. Then messaged them 3 times on their instagram account as it seemed it was the only active account. Didn’t get response. The third time though I got a response of them asking me what’s the new address cause they could change the address for me. Then after 3 weeks after that I got a mail saying that my parcel had been shipped. I asked them kindly for an update based on the mail I received since I had already asked them for one previously. Got the response that their website states that they can’t change addresses while this type of info didn’t exist previously when I made the order. Their policy might have been updated after accepting too many orders or they changed it instantly when I mentioned that I did get no change as I previously asked. I asked for a refund and after them being impolite and rude without even apologising they immediately declared that they had issued a refund and then blocked me. So I’m left questioning if I’ll even get a refund since their squarespace site updated my status to a refund without me getting one but what honestly felt scammy was the fact that they blocked my account. Will I get a refund and if yes, why did I get blocked? Maybe to not be able to communicate with them never again if I was never truly issued for one ???
