Seems like i picked the right supplier for manhole covers. The sales guys all knew their products and were helpful in the selection process.....had a bit of humour as well. Our project was a sewage treatment plant with special sized manholes. I must admit the pricing was pretty damm good all things considered given the quality of steel when they arrived. Quick delivery as well. I feel i got a good deal....well done guys.

The items were promised for next-day delivery and arrived exactly as promised even though the driver had a long journey and arrived quite late in the evening. Lee checked beforehand to make sure there was someone to receive them, and later that they had arrived. Really impressed with the service.

UPDATE: The company has replied and apologised for the damaged drain but no need as you preemptively supplied a spare with the delivery because someone had seen that one drain had a crack in it. This is a great example of using initiative. I am really, really impressed with the service, absolutely brilliant. Thank you again!

I needed some channel drainage so having Googled various options found the right product at a competitive price, including reasonable shipping cost. Placed my order and shortly after got a call from the company to confirm my order and explaining the delivery may be a little longer than stated, which wasn’t a problem for me. I took the opportunity to clarify a few points about the product. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful, even going outside to take a photo of the actual channel drainage which was beyond my expectations. To my surprise the order was delivered two days later, carefully packaged. So I am pleased to say that they exceeded my expectations on every level and would have no hesitation using them again and recommending them to you if you’re reading this!

I was looking for quite an unusual size concrete drain and it’s parts, it has become quite a challenge, until I came across this company, Castings Drainage Supplies Limited, as I did with few others, I called them prior. To my surprise and disbelief they had everything I was looking for, and the best part, I could just pick it up on the day, as they had it all in stock!
