Brassware is available in Chrome, Polished Nickel, Brushed Nickel, Polished Brass, Brushed Brass and Matt Black; Baths can be painted in any colour of choice; and Concrete Basins are available in a large range of popular colours.

Our Mission
Our purpose is simple - we want to enable our customers to create the bathroom of their dreams in a time-frame that matches their needs.
We maintain a high-availability approach to stock levels in our own product lines. Our own brand taps, showers and concrete basins are available for next day dispatch and baths are often available within 3 days unless custom painting is required, in this case then our lead times are 7 to 10 days. Replacement Part
Sophie was able to locate the part we needed for our heated towel rail, which we had purchased from CIB 12 years ago and had no identification information, with great speed and at a fair price. The part arrived speedily and in good order.

I am delighted with my new bath. The original delivery date was earlier than I had anticipated but the company twice postponed delivery at my request so I didn't have to store it at home before I was ready. Customer service was therefore excellent and the quality of the bath is fabulousl

The customer service is exceptional! I dealt with Zoe over a few months for multiple bathrooms in 2 properties in 2 different countries. She is very thorough and very lovely, always in touch and on top of things.
When Zoe was on hols for a week Kirsten seamlessly took over.
