Great service from start to finish from everyone involved - the ladies in the shop, the gentleman who came to measure/advise and Jack who fitted the blinds. Everyone was very helpful, gave us advice and even recommended various blinds to suit our different window needs. We had standard venetian, perfect fit venetian style and roller blinds and are extremely happy with all of them. Thanks for a first class service.

Over the moon with my recent installation that was completed in Southampton. Shutters are an amazing quality and 20% cheaper than the 3 other quotes we obtained.

We ordered two blinds and they came and were fitted very well. We then discussed having another four blinds, we spoke to two people who said we could have a 20% discount. We ordered the blinds and again they were fitted very well however we had two queries
why were we charged different prices for almost the same sizes( I rang to ask for an explanation and had a call back saying it had all been checked and the price was correct. No explanation)
We did not get the 20% discount and after a couple of phone calls were told that we had indeed had the 20% discount however their prices had gone up (news to us) So well done for conning two OAP'S

Truly great service and products.Turned up dead on time,fitted the blinds with no drama and left the rooms spotlessly clean.The quality of the blinds are superb and substantially cheaper than products costing a lot more.So impressed that we are ordering blinds for the rest of our windows.Cannot recommend too highly.Well done !!🥇💯🏆👍

Definitely recommend. Price was comparable and competitive with other quotes but not cheap. Myles pleasant to deal with and had good selection to choose from. Fitter Ben did a good job. Very happy with our blinds quality. Everything went smoothly.

Castle Blinds & Shutters were brilliant, quickly responded with a date to initially measure up and provide a quote for 8 windows. Honest and transparent about lead times for the shutters we ordered. Gave advanced notice for scheduling installation, clean, tidy, polite. We’re over the moon with our shutters and would definitely recommend Castle to anyone. Great value too!
