One star is a compliment- AVOID
My poor nan deteriated soo quickly while under the care of this care group. While visiting I found it was unsecure and anyone could walk in and out. My nan was left in wet and soild clothing. She has now moved to a different care group and improving thankfully. We as a family wish we did more research into this care group. Disgraceful!

A poor lady died on her own in the street from negligence in this care home. I wouldn't leave a hamster in their care let alone a family member.

This review is specifically for St Johns House. I worked there and was shocked at how they home is run. Staff are exteremely overworked & that impacts on patient care and keeping high standards. You would expect more for how much you pay.
