I received a bed that did not assemble correctly and was not sized right for my queen mattress. The company tried to find a way to make it work for me, but I ended up sending it back. The return process took some patience, but Ennarasi was very helpful and saw me through it all.

What you get for what you pay, Castlery is like makeup on a pig. Things look good, but the quality is misleading. Their leather is anything but real leather and scratches, showing a pitted coating and discoloured under layer. That is not how real leather behaves, which actually rather gains character over time, not look damaged. To add insult to injury, they called it ‘fair wear’ and suggested I purchase new cushions from them. Like, pay more money, for more fake leather. Right!

This is a very honest and genuine review of Castlery. If you’re thinking of buying, then read this first.
After my experience, I struggle to believe the 4.3* rating of the brand is real, and not manufactured from marketing activities. The short review from me is do NOT buy from them. The long review and story why is as follows.
I carefully selected the furniture of choice from Castlery, and arranged a WHITE GLOVE delivery. I paid for the works at $200+ for that service which is the highest delivery tier they offer.
On delivery day, 2 young boys arrived to deliver the $2,000 piece of furniture. What happened next was just an awful experience.
They proceeded to unbox the sofa in the communal corridor, placing the pillows and furniture pieces in the walkway, on the floor.
They then walked through my apartment with the same workman footwear worn outside and carried the furniture, without any gloves up the stairs. Footprints from the boots appeared all over my carpet and floor.
After paying for a white glove service, I at least expected some level of cleanliness and protection to be worn on the hands. But no, the thumbprints and fingerprints started to appear where I would rest my head and all over the sofa. The grip marks as they lifted every part up the stairs were clear to see - thick dark finger and thumbprints. Photos attached.
After this “assembly” they promptly left, but not before flashing a clipboard, and making sure I signed something as they went. Also, flashing the cash pinned to the clipboard as a reminder they deserve a tip.
Obviously I can deep clean the sofa, but when you spend that amount of money, and pay for the white glove service, this is just not acceptable. You’re supposed to enjoy the product and feel comfortable in it. I can’t get the gross feeling out of my head now.
Also, the add-on coffee table was dented in the delivery, but at least you can’t see the fingerprints on that.
Even if you’re 50/50, and see something you like, DO NOT order from here. After complaining it’s taken weeks to get any effort to fix the situation, and that effort is…. $100 if I agree to keep the sofa.
There is zero chance of that happening, and I am both going to ask my bank to get my money back, and return the sofa. This is a joke of a company that hides under a veil of “premium”, when in reality it’s a gross service.
White gloves? More like grubby fingers.

The delivery team is very responsive and friendly. I had a great experience. They were not able to arrive in their targeted timeframe but when I called they responded, found out the new time and updated me. Given my previous experiences with similar services in the past, the delivery teams that delivered both of my orders from Castlery have been amazing. Not perfect, but given the difficulty of the job they are definitely superior to most. That does make a huge difference in my willingness to buy from Castlery again. So far the whole experience has been very positive. I did recently report a minor damage to a piece of furniture, but given the number of furniture I've bought from Castlery this was an exception to rule. So far I've been impressed. I can tell they have an eye for quality across the whole customer experience.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Everything is overpriced, poor quality, and the after-sales service is a joke.
My order (Auburn Bed, Mika side tables, and Arch Lamp with “white glove” delivery) arrived faulty across multiple items. The bed was missing parts and still hasn’t been resolved after two weeks. The bedside table drawer jams and doesn’t open, and instead of replacing it, they offered to send parts.
The lamp arrived broken, and unbelievably, their solution was to send a replacement shade (which isn’t even the issue) with a 10-week wait.
There is no real customer support—just automated responses at ridiculous times like late Sunday night. I’ve had to escalate this to Fair Trading just to get attention.
All faults were reported immediately on delivery, and the only solution offered so far is to wait 10 weeks for the wrong part.
Stay well away. Not worth it.
