Don’t trust all these fake reviews here! They are an absolute pain to deal with, AI BOTS responding on WhatsApp and emails, and no one’s actually doing any work! Their delivery partner in the UK are the worst I have come across, they had no idea what they were delivering and threw the table on the road while offloading, which, of course broke!
And replacement was asked on their AI WhatsApp account, which was never actioned until a follow up message was sent again after 3 days, only to know that they can now schedule a delivery in 6 months!
It’s been a nightmare to deal with this company, so please be aware!!!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Castlery. They delivered my bed last week without any hardware, which means it’s completely unusable. Imagine spending thousands on furniture and not even being able to assemble it.
Customer service told me to “just keep it” and that someone would come out to assemble it soon—but now I’m stuck waiting with no clear timeline, no urgency, and no resolution.
This isn’t a small mistake—this is basic fulfillment failure. A bed without hardware is not a delivered product.
For a brand that markets itself as premium, the service is shockingly poor. At this point, I have a giant, useless bed taking up space in my home and no confidence they’ll fix it anytime soon.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The delivery process was super easy. You have a few dates to choose from and then they call you when they are on the way. The boxes are separate and they deliver to the first room or you can pay more. My husband was able to assemble in a few hours with power tools.

Good communication ahead of delivery, including altering us 16 minutes before arrival. They arrived on time, they were polite and professional. They were very careful, ensuring no scratches on our newly sanded ´wood floors and painted walls. Very efficient.

Every time I try to contact their customer service, I am waiting at least 30 minutes to "chat" with someone online. There is no phone number to call. Once you reach a chat representative, they leave you hanging so that your chat takes another half hour. Also, they advertise free shipping, but when you check out, you find that their advertisement is false. It supposedly isn't in the Chicagoland area. So, if your furniture is sent on two different days, you pay shipping for 2 days. Rethink this business if you feel that service and honesty is important!

Had placed an order at 9pm last night which was a Friday night for a queen size bed, did it through Afterpay which is great that they offer it. Didn’t receive a confirmation email. Contacted them through WhatsApp and called today and Had the whole team looking into it, they finally found my order and were so nice and accommodating to me, will definitely be ordering again from you guys
