Disappointed in Castlery

I ordered a bed frame from Castlery, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. During assembly, none of the parts were labeled as the instructions indicated. After completing 13 steps, I realized they had sent me the wrong piece, making it impossible to finish putting the bed together.

I contacted customer service and provided photos, only to be told they needed to “check internally” and would get back to me. Days went by with no response. When I followed up, they offered to send a technician just to confirm the piece is wrong—but not to fix the issue. Even if confirmed, the technician won’t bring a replacement part; they’ll simply report back so Castlery can “investigate” further.

This level of inefficiency and lack of urgency is unacceptable. Communication has been poor, and the resolution process is unnecessarily drawn out. My mattress has been sitting on the floor for over a week with no clear timeline for a fix. Extremely disappointing customer service.

To give you a bit of insight, as per our warranty, the expert technician visit is arranged not only to inspect but also to help fix and assemble the bed if feasible. If the issue cannot be resolved during the visit, we will move forward with the appropriate next steps based on the report.

Joseph King Bed

We are very happy with our Joseph King Bed which was delivered yesterday. The delivery guys were excellent with good communication re date & time. Also Rubini(Customer Experience Specialist) was excellent resolving the delivery issues of our mirror.

Exceptional service from Rubini – A stress-free experience!


I recently ordered furniture through Castlery, and I cannot recommend them enough, 10/10 experience

specifically thanks to Rubini in the support department. Choosing between two different sofas was a big decision for me, and Rubini was incredibly patient, allowing me the "grace and space" to go back and forth between options without any pressure.
Beyond the decision-making process, the team was seamless with order confirmation, adjustments, and even accommodating my delivery window preferences. Customer service was outstanding

Customer service was outstanding. We spoke to someone over the phone on the Easter weekend and emailed them late Monday night about our purchase and changing our dispatch date. Rubini emailed me back early Tuesday morning, and then a follow up email within the next hour to have everything sorted for us, to suit our needs! Thank you Rubini!

Delivery on time. Men were friendly n accommodating n were careful in owners furnishings. Cabinet doors were slightly out of alignment, men trying their best to get aligned, though they’re not as skilful.

Very expensive and very poor quality. Fabric piling after less than 30 days. Customer service refused return and refund. Strongly recommend against purchasing from this brand. Terrible experience.

Fabric pilling can sometimes occur with normal use and is a common, natural phenomenon—it is not an indication of the sofa’s overall quality or durability. A fabric shaver or fuzz remover can easily help remove any pills.
