Absolutly useless everytime we walk in castorama jardin in le cannet
All the tags are wrong, 3 staffs cant find the items and finally the collection point takes more than 40 minutes. They are expensive and i am not sure whats their added value as a major retailer. Honestly ... its a disapointment everytime.
Finally they have a loyalty card that is even more useless. Collect 1500 points to get 10% off from 200 euro. But if you go to any carrefour outlet, you can find behimd their invoice 20% off castorama products. Why their marketing team is so stupid ? They make people feel stupid.
