Perfect touch
Shipping was quick, escutcheons fit perfectly around radiator pipes and look great with the radiators we had restored earlier this year. Perfect finishing touch and magnets make them easy to move around.

Professional Service from start to finish
Joanne was really helpful in finding the right radiators to fit our kitchen. She explained the whole process and I took away a couple of samples to check a suitable finish with the kitchen fittings. The ordering and delivery were both smooth with great communication- the radiators were manufactured ahead of expected time and delivered promptly. All round a great experience 🫶🏻

A quality expereince
Very detailed website with tech drawings etc. Could do with more photos of the different finishes. Samples very helpful. Quality of the product when it arrived was excellent. It was incredibly well packaged, with installation tools etc with very thoughtful installation instructions videos etc.

Great product poor delivery
Placed an order for 13k of new radiators. First issue was the call to walk through the order never happened and no explanation, order was not correct, I admit I should have checked the final specification but I was clear that the order was correct save for one amend but that amend was not made. Delivery was delayed so I lost slot with plumber, rads delivered in an inappropriate condition. The same thing happened with a swap of an incorrect radiator, delivery significantly delayed and arrived unboxed. Collection of faulty radiator was even more stressful. As a result of delivery some rads were damaged and I was sent some paint .

I’m sorry your experience wasn’t as smooth as it should have been. We tried to get everything right for you and I regret that we didn’t meet your expectations. I’d like to offer a bit of background for anyone reading this.
On placing the order
Your order was handled by Nicola, rather than through our website. She managed around 120 emails and several phone calls with you and your plumber to make sure all the details were clear.
On the incorrect radiator
The issue with the radiator arose from a misunderstanding, which Nicola highlighted in earlier correspondence. Even though it wasn’t a mistake on our side, we replaced the radiator free of charge to make sure you received exactly what you wanted.
On delivery
Delivery can be one of the more challenging parts of what we do. Hannah and Jo did everything possible to make it go smoothly, but unfortunately we were let down on the final mile delivery. The radiators were removed from our packaging without permission, which shouldn’t have happened. Thankfully, from the photos we received, the radiators themselves appeared undamaged but I completely understand your frustration. Hannah raised two formal complaints with the delivery company about this.
On collection
We were sorry to hear you found collection stressful. After the issues with delivery, Hannah upgraded your collection to a two-person collection from your shed, so you didn’t need to be at home. We hoped that would make things easier.
