BEWARE! This company delivered a washing machine a month late and missing parts. They sold us a faulty product and refused to replace or repair it because they said it’s only covered by a parts warranty - contrary to consumer law. We can’t even attempt to get it repaired as they don’t have any service engineers in Ireland - Their IE website is misleadingly selling products from the UK.
Do not buy anything from this company. We bought a washing machine from them, it arrived faulty and they told us it wasn't covered because we had a parts only warranty. They told us they don't have any service engineers in Ireland. Complete disregard for consumer law. AVOID!
