Caters News interviewed my daughter and I for an article. Niamh Kirk was really friendly and lovely to deal with. She made us very comfortable and was very professional. She was very accommodating with different time zone being Canada/UK. The article was great. Thankyou!!!

The contents was great to speak to and got me super exposure for my channel and socal media pages

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible shambles of a company. Like to sound professional offering all they can to grab your attention, and then completely go back on all of it once you have signed up to them. They have no idea how much money you will get for your story, and you won't get "paid" until at least 12 weeks later if they do respond to emails that is. They sold my story to 3 newspapers for £50 total. For the hassle and embarrassment this company cost me, £50 is a complete joke. AVOID

These people sounded amazing at the beginning of our meeting with them, but apparently that was a lie. We had a tiktok that went viral so they reached out to me and my partner. We signed the contract for them to be our agent to help with the sales of the video. The video has been soled and used on multiple websites. We have not received a penny. Would appear they keep all funds for themselves. I have tried contacting them loads of times via email and phone call, but absolutely nothing comes off it.

DONT USE THEM.

They have a video of mine and earn revenue and i’m yet to see a cent.
I have sent numerous emails and heard nothing back.

Professional and easy.
I've been working with Caters for over 2 years now and it goes very smoothly. The content editor I work with (Mike Jones) is helpful and communicates well with me. When payment is due they send a sales report and pay without delay. The only suggestion I have is that they send you a notification of anything published at the time to help keep track. Otherwise very happy working with Caters

I have found Caters to be an extremely patient, helpful, efficient and well-connected agency. Armed, as they are, with an extensive list of media contacts I have found that they also take the time to advise as to content, style, and (most importantly) what sells and what doesn’t, as it is much in their interest as it is the contributor to ensure that content is focussed and targeted so as to improve the chances of publication. Their payments are quick and efficient and all in all they are a pleasure to work with.

They are easy to work with and I can count on them to license my footage when I have another viral video. The only reason I don’t give 5* is I think that sometimes they sell the footage for too cheap or to not enough outlets.

Very pleasant to deal with. No issues at all. Sent in a portfolio of images (at their request) and have had 2 published. Takes about 2 months to get paid but I was made aware of that. The FAQ's re: payment are very good, accurate and informative.
They respond quickly to questions and let you know when and what images get published in a timely manner.

Caters has published several of my photos in articles. My experience with them has been straightforward and positive—they followed the stipulations in our contract, I was paid for my work as promised, and I would work with them again.

I shot a series of images in Amboseli National Park in Kenya which featured a gigantic elephant's encounter with a car. They got some good engagement on Social Media but as we all know, that doesn't do much to the bills at the end of the month. I tried getting in touch with a couple of media companies to see if they were interested in licensing my images but I received no response. A friend told me of Caters News and after sharing my images with them, I received licensing fees that made me and my account happy. The fees more than covered the cost of my trip to Amboseli. I will definitely be sharing other interesting images I get with them for licensing.

I'm a contributing photographer, and have very positive experiences with Caters. They help me spot a good story, and more often than not feature then in several newspapers and publications. Couldn't recommend them more.

This company will use your content and get paid for doing so and then will fail to pay you, this is a SCAM company.

Pretty fast communication & direct. I’ve worked with them a few times and been a success.

I was very skeptical at first but trust me when I say, I literally did nothing. They did it all and was very professional from the first email to the last. If my crazy dog does anything else to go viral, I will definitely use Caters again. Wonderful group of people and so helpful.

This was our first (and hopefully last - LOL!) experience with a Viral Video! We honestly took a shot in the dark and just picked what seemed to be the most reputable company when so many companies were reaching out to buy our video. They were professional, informative, they paid us timely and gave us updates when new commissions came in.
