ORDERD A SAMSUNG WASHING MACHING AND TUMBLE DRYER THE PICTURE CLEARKEY DISPLAYS A GREY WASHING MACHING AND GREY TUMBLE DRYER WENT THROUGH THE WHOLE OF THE DESCRIPTION AND SAYS NOTHING ABOUT BLACK WHAT SO EVER THE DELIVERY COMES 2 DAYS LATER AND THEY TURN UP WITH A BLACK TUMBKE DRYER AND WASHING MACHINE I TOLD THE DELIVERY GUYS THEY'VE SENT THE WRONG COLOUR THEY SAID WE CAN TAKE IT BACK OF ITS WRONG I SAID LET ME TRY TO CALL THE COMPANY BUT THEY WAS SHUT AS THE DELIVERY WAS 2 HOURS LATER THAN IT SHOULD OF BEEN SO I SAID TO THE DELIVERY PEOPLE IT'S SHUT SO THEY SAID ITS FINE WE CAN TAKE IT BACK I SAID THANKYOU, SO I EMAILED THE COMPANY TO EXPLAIN THAT NIGHT THE NEXT DAY THEY CALL ME VERY ABRUPT WHY DIDN'T YOU ACCEPT THE DELIVERY WE'VE BE CHARGED I SAID I HAVE EMAILED YOU AS YOU WAS SHUT WE HAVEN'T GOT AN EMAIL I SAID WE'LL I EMAILED YOU SO THEY LOOKED AND FOUND IT AND I ALSO EXPLAINED TO THEM ABOUT THE COLOUR THEY SAID THEY NEEDED TI CALL SOMEONE AND THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK THEY CALLED ME BACK TELLING ME I WAS LIABLE FOR A CHARGE AS IT WASN'T AN ERROR THEY ONKY DO BLACK I SAID THEY DON'T I SENT OVER PICTURES OF OTHER SITES STATING GREY I SENT A GOOGLE WRITE UP STATING THAT THEY DO IT IN GREY AND THEY STILL TRYING TO TELL ME IT'S NOT THERE FAULT AND THEY WANT 72 I SAID I NOT WILL TO PAY 72 IT IS NOT MY ERROR NOW I BEING REFUSED MY MONEY BACK UNLESS I PAY 72 POUND BARING I MIND THE WASHING MACHINE AND TUMBKE DRYER COST ME £3154 I WILL TAKING THIS FURTHER JAMES I WISH YOU A SHIT CHRISTMAS I HOPE YOU CHOKE ON YOUR TURKEY AND I HOPE 2026 BRINGS YOU NOTHING BUT BAD LUCK

Customers waiting for repairs to be done because staff do not stay.
an ex employee Comcat engineer office would fob customer off saying parts haven’t turned up.
I was turning up to customers waiting months for repairs and mark up on spares.
If we order parts depending on the customer is whether you will be charged a second call out.
There are better company’s out there.
Advise don’t use this company

Ordered a Global cutting board and Knife Sharpener. Great products and quick delivery.

A week after placing an order for glasses and them having MY MONEY, they are vague at best regarding delivery.
This is not a company I will return to, seems clear they do not actually have stock of anything.
Ordered glasses from three other companies on same day as ordering with the Cater supplies and received within 2 days. If you want to keep customers these days, companies need to be on point and swift with delivery, this company is clearly lacking at both

Ordered 15 C&S glasses, the best price online. Delivered within 2 days, brand new and excellent quality. Two glasses were cracked in transit, unfortunately; contacted the company, refund issued in less than 1 hour of my email which was quite late in the evening (outside of office hours) - impressive service. Highly recommend this store.

I bought 3 sets of 2 glasses, which are all currently rather hard to get a hold off from nude and anywhere else. catersuppliesdirect allowed for the purchasing of however many I wanted of each which is thoroughly appreciated, was dispatched and arrived within a day on their standard delivery option and although I was slightly concerned with how they were wrapped, it seemed good enough as they are all in pristine condition. Great buy, impressed with the delivery, would definitely order from them again

Appears to be a drop shipping account. 75 days plus eta for delivery.

No timeline on refund.

No communication.

I ordered an item on December 4th 2021 and had payment taken immediately. So far I have received an email suggesting it is being processed. After several emails requesting the progress of my purchase and it’s likely delivery I have not received a reply.
I find this to be a poor example of customer care and frankly discourteous! If my purchase ever turns up I will be happier but would not recommend this business based upon the complete lack of response to me as a paying customer! I may need to request PayPal to intervene!

Since my last post I had to resort to phoning and although the reply was pleasant enough it still left me a little unclear who the courier was! An email reply finally received on Thursday but again no clarification who was courier or tracking! Suggested arrival of Thursday, Friday never occurred and finally received Saturday from DPD! The website indicates there’s a 24/7 online support indicated on the web page but no actual way to access it! Good price on my purchase but an uncomfortable experience which hasn’t really impressed me greatly. Others can indicate courier/tracking so why these folks don’t I’ve no idea!

Don’t often write reviews but am so impressed with these guys, felt like praising them. Ordered at 9am arrived 11:30 the next morning - packed securely, responsibly, and with care. Very reasonably priced, and all in all genuinely exceptional service.

Ordered hand sanitiser on the 25th March, got delivered on the 30th.
Great to see that not every online company is scamming or fleecing the public at times like this.
