These guys are absolutely brilliant. We ordered a full stainless steel kitchen from them and from start to finish the service was great. The quality of the product is far superior to other stuff we have paid more for and the after sales support has been second to non. Keep up the good work!

They do not give warranty of any kind on the items they sell. you will be using it at your risk. So don’t risk it!!

I bought a commercial double sink and 2 taps from this company. One set of taps got lost in post, they resent no questions.. arrived quickly.
Then my plumber damaged a part to one of the tap sets, no fault of catering taps. I emailed to buy a replacement, they sent replacement 1st class completely free of charge! With me the following day. Very good of them. Will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended

Bought a commercial tap for our school. The tap was not installed according to the instructions so we had a problem. I contacted the company who replied to me very quickly with advice and that the tap should have been fitted according to the instructions. The problem was resolved. Great customer service.

I use these guys on a regular basis for my commercial work, really good and really reliable. Delivers next day the product is good quality.

Still waiting for a tap they let us buy but didn't actually have in stock over 2 months ago. Customer service is terrible, they don't answer the phone, and the only reply I have had is on the website messenger to which Richard said "s**t happens" not sure how they are still running as a business. They have basically robbed me of £165.
