Really poor customer service! The help desk is responsive but no RESULTS! I’ve learned my lesson and will no longer buy CBS “deals”. So far the item
I ordered is “on the way “!!!! Not received yet almost a month later!
Go with Amazon, at least they offer similar pricing and not the hassle involved!

Normally I love CBS and all of the shows, including the various FBI television shows. But tonight I watched FBI: Most Wanted: I was very upset that CBS had to show blatant gay soft porn! Two women agents. I was disgusted and will never watch the show again! Why did they have to ruin the show with that?? Hollywood is really shoving it our faces! Not good CBS!!

This station is the absolute worst. They are bias, woke as hell and do not hire the most experienced. Nora is an absolute nightmare along with Margaret. This station is every reason I stopped watching mainstream media. They should all be removed and start over starting with Gail. It’s a joke and everyone I know agrees. Find people who can be neutral and speak with respect.

Gail King has lost her professionalism. At least 3 times in the last few months she has referred to someone as a "grown a** person". Additionally, she has made inappropriate comments about the bodies of male guests on at least 2 occasions (Ex. Shemar Moore). This is totally unacceptable from anyone in today's broadcast world, but especially in this time slot where children may be watching.

I just discovered that SWAT when it returns it will be January 31 at 10pm instead of 8pm as usual. As far as i'm concerned NCIS Sydney could come on at 10pm instead because i love SWAT. NCIS Sydney the chic barely opens her mouth when she talks, it's like she's talking through her teeth. I don't understand why guys are treating SWAT like it doesn't matter. SWAT is the best!

Ordered items seen on CBS morning deals 12/7/24….never received 1/10/25. Was told 3 different explanations over three phone calls. Today was informed order was likely lost 12/12/24….really? Informed I should reorder….i just requested refund. First world issue, nonetheless disappointing.

CBS news is good. However CBS deals is a RIPOFF!!!
The news is pretty well nuetral. But CBS deals charges high shipping and the prices can be found way cheaper on Amazon.

CBS is such a bad network, CBS lies so much and promotes what basically amounts to propaganda, it so scary how many people listen to this and believe everything they say, If I was someone normal I won't listen to a single thing they say.
