I ordered a product from this company because it was listed as in stock, even though it was more expensive than some other places and should be shipped in 1-3 days. In the order confirmation, it said it was out of stock, and would be shipped later. 12 days later, it still has not been shipped, and it seems a little peculiar that I would get a request to review them before my product is even shipped.

thanks for your review.
As soon as we discovered that there was a Risk that our Website had been exploited, we reported the incident to the Police, to "Datasilsynet" and to Nets.
We also contacted all Customers that had been in contact with our website during a limited Period.
The Security on our website was and is on the highest possible level and we have taken all precautions that we possibly could to avoid such things.
The fact that we have resported the incident to the Police, "Datatilsynet" and to Nets also means that no one is able to abuse your credit card. If someone tries that you will be contacted by your Bank or your Credit Card Issuer.
No one regrets this incident more than we do and we are of course very sorry.

Very bad experience. Promised free shipping return, but reconsidered so I had to pay it myself. Not clear in their correspondence. Their yarns were of very bad quality. NOT recommended.
