Awful company. Lots of cold calls. Tell them you're not interested and not to ring again, then they call again and again. You block their number, they call you from another. They call lying that someone has asked for a return call. Simply a completely dishonest and unprofessional outfit to deal with.
Now getting a load of unwanted calls from a Luke from CCS Media, even though our Phone Systems tell them we don't accept cold calls. He completely ignores it, hence I just literally hang up on the ar5ehole.
I was really surprised and shocked at such poor service from CCS Media. Then I looked at all the other negative reviews (over 33% 1 star reviews!!) and realised its obviously a poorly ran organisation with very little responsibility and accountability at their office.
Starting to realise I've perhaps made a big mistake engaging with this company.
They have no concept of GDPR regulations. Multiple prior requests to not be contacted are ignored.
This time it's the pushy Luke Randall who in the space of less than an hour, left me a voicemail, sent me an email, sent me a Teams message, & tried to contact me via Linkedin.
I'm not sure why they think after this sort of harassment anyone would ever consider buying anything from them ever!
Top notch customer service, our account manager Phil is always a message away if we need anything.

We have purchased CCS equipment for a few years now and considering using their other IT services too. Particularly great customer support. Our account manager Samantha Grimshaw who has been very helpful, always responsive and she genuinely takes care of us.
