Simple order fail
Product and next day delivery ordered. Orders before 1430 for same day dispatch required, order completed within timescale. Item not dispatched on time. Item not received on time. No response from email. No response from website contact number. Obtained correct information for company Nova Security Supplies LTD and spoken to customer direct who advised resolve within 10-15 minutes with a return phone call as he's not in the office. No call or other response received. Item late and alternative arrangements have had to be made.
One of many dodgy websites claiming to be above board however it's poorly ran and there's lack of common decency. PayPal dispute raised accordingly.
