Brought a deluxe version of a game with three days early access. half way through the first day and no game key. "Arriving shortly"....No phone number to call from the UK. No response from the contact us page on website and nothing from a facebook message. Greenman gaming don't have this level of incompetence!

Avoid these! Don't honor pre order refunds!
Pre orderd a game which I no longer wanted, customer service did not answer any emails for 5 days I sent making it impossible for me to claim a refund before the game was released.
There's other better sellers out there

Bought 2 DLCs for a game, i got the links but the links said the payment is pending conformation, it's been 4 hours and i still can't acces my codes, i contacted support and they just sent it to another"relevant" support team.
It sucks getting scammed and i'll most likely not get my keys

Code didn't work I won't be using again waste of time and money £45 down now they tried blaming Microsoft stay away and there new site is terrible.

I bought and was charged for several of these items for birthday presents, only to be told that there was a technical error and none were actually in stock. Also if over 7 days since purchase no refunds are available, despite it being their mistake. Customer service is pityful, as they just spout out the same Ts & Cs like robots and now refuse to answer my emails.

I bought a game pass key which had already been used. cd keys told me no refund because i didnt ask for it in the first 7 days of purchase . i bought it for my son who tried to activate it 2 weeks later, complete con !

Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service. Issue codes that do not work and then refuse to refund or re issue. Just interested in taking your money and not providing goods. Refused to help. Do not buy from them and go somewhere else.

Rubbish the links they send don’t work and don’t bother to reply to emails

no key for several hours, after clicking on the link the following message is displayed: {Your purchase is not yet available for download, please come back shortly}. I wonder if I will get my key at all.

Bought a game only to find the download link was broken. Have sent numerous emails and messaged on twitter. Completely ignoring me. Having to go through PayPal to force them to give me my money back. AVOID AS HAPPENING TO ALOT OF PEOPLE

Always buy from here 10x better than GTA or greenman gaming totally legit website

Always a very competitive price for downloadable codes particularly Fifa. Instant access and super easy. I have had a few different items and always been great

hi wft I have brought ea access but when I click on the link it just says that I need to wait, for 30 minuts but that was 6 days ago.
and it still dosen't work, and your support won't answer me.

What The Hell i ordred EA ACCSES for 12 months on Xbox ONE but the link to the key, says that due to security reasons i have to wait about 30 minuts i have now waited 5 days

Ordered Xbox live gold from cdkeys today but received an error message on completion of the order. The money had been taken from my PayPal account but no Xbox code had been received. I contacted their customer services and within minutes I received an apology and a link to the code which worked perfectly. Fantastic customer service which puts the big suppliers to shame. We will certainly be using this company again.

Have used CD keys many times now, service is instant and always works first time, no issues, would recommend to anyone.

I wanted to say overall the experience was flawless and I normally give credit where it is due. I will say I noticed that looking at the transaction times seemed quicker for those who used PayPal compared to myself who used a secured method of payment thru my Credit Union in the States. That was until I checked the questions section and researched the AUTOKEY function and realized my product was actually ready for me after a few built in security checks were authenticated. After that I had my 13 month of Xbox live for a much cheaper price than Xbox was selling it for. Put the code in and it worked right away no problems. I'll be back and I'll be bringing friends next time!

Just bought X Box live product key from them, but had difficulty downloading it from their website, so I emailed them for help. Very pleased by the early reply from a real human being who soon fixed things for me - puts to shame most of the large conglomerates !
