CD baby does not seem to respond to tickets for smaller artists. I've been waiting since march of 2026 for a response (4 months as of posting this). I've tried starting new tickets since then as well in case something happened incorrectly with the first one and still have not heard anything back from the company.

I was able to save lots of money time…
I was able to save lots of money time and production costs all kinds of different things being a singer musician and a lyrical artist without a band it was tough for me to get my music out but with CD Baby I can make my own music at home and put it out now and I have to worry about paying all the production costs for CDs and for companies to reproduce it

Great for first time releases.
CD Baby is great if you're a new independent artist. They give you all the tools you need for marketing, their team is really nice and helpful, and you only have to pay one time to have your music put on streaming services with no hidden fees.
