Purchased an Office License. Received key after several minutes. Tried to redeem it and it said it had already been redeemed 60 days before. Contacted support describing the issue, no response. After a week without response I requested a refund. No response. Insisted after another week and nothing.
Edit: Months later I wrote a negative review and then they contacted me asking for details, which I gave. A few days later I was refunded. Draw your own conclusions.
