Poor service and poor vocabulary
I have never come across what I can only describe as an arrogant and illiterate company that provides a very poor service and when answering a complaint does so in as few words as possible.
I received part of my order and was then informed that the rest would follow in about 5 weeks with no apologies whatsoever, so I asked for a refund and a few days later I received my refund with an additional email saying Geregeld (sorted).
This is a follow up,
CDM has just sent me 3 pair of good quality socks and a nice warm hat as an apology for the inconvenience caused.
Seemingly it was just down to a single employee and not the company, it can happen.
