CD-WOW what a joke!
I placed my order over two weeks ago and still not received it!
I will certainly not be using this company again, nor will anyone I know.

they don't have the cds they sell.
this is the second time I try to order, and the same result - they sent me an excuse and a the same story about waitng on the CD from the stockist. They allready made the moneytransfere. Last time I got my money back - I hope the same this time - therfore 2 stars - no good.

48 days after ordering and I have yet to receive what I paid for.
I ordered a dvd for my wife's birthday on the 1st September2008.
I was dismayed to see that several weeks later, the item had still not been dispatched.
After contacting customer services, I was told that the item was not in fact in stock and that cdwow was awaiting delivery of the item.
This is despite the fact that the item was for sale on the cdwow site.
I eventually received an email saying that the item was finally shipped on the 18th of September.
Your website says to allow 7-10 days delivery.
It is now the 18th October (30 days later / 48 in total - yes that's 48) and it is no great surprise that I have yet to receive what I paid for nearly two months ago.
I can honestly say, that I never before come across a worse online shopping service as cdwow. The sheer content shown to me as a so called customer is simply staggering.
The only replies I have received from cdwow are wishy washy bs emails saying that they are just as annoyed as I am and that it will be sorted.
48 days and counting !!!!
