Massive increase in price for managed mental health conditions.
My one week travel insurance policy was £13. Forgot to mention my OCD/Anxiety on the policy and declared this a few minutes later and they tried to charge me £70 extra. Yeah, not happening. What a joke. My life insurance is half that.

Tried to make a claim for delayed…
Tried to make a claim for delayed baggage but the online claim form didn't work in any browser (I'm a web developer, I know how these things work - the form has clearly never been tested with actual users). Customer support is only available in weekday office hours but the wait times exceeded the 20 minutes I was prepared to wait.
2 stars because the price was at least competitive (but I guess you get what you pay for).

Don't go for Cedar Tree
I've purchased their travel insurance plan for my two-week summer holiday. Filed a claim after coming back, waited for over a month but NEVER received a response. Money wasted. So many other insurer, don't choose Cedar Tree.
