I can’t complain...
Since my glasses were sold out all over Germany, I was able to buy them here at a very affordable price, about 15% below the retail price in Germany.
Of course, you have to account for about a week of shipping from abroad... Many people don’t seem to understand that the seller has no direct influence on the delivery time.
There will always be complainers...

The ordered glasses took over a week to arrive here in Germany, which was disappointing. Communication with the dealer was not helpful, and they took a long time to respond to my inquiries. The whole experience was frustrating, and I am not satisfied with my new glasses.

I ordered a pair of Cartier and they communicated with every question I had just got them today took about 3 weeks because I had a prescription but once they ship I received in 3 days

I ordered a pair of Cartier glasses via this website which were advertised as "available". A day later, I received an e-mail saying they "validated my order with the official supplier of the brand" and they were expecting to receive the glasses within one week. They said they will send me the glasses immediately once they receive them.

One week passed without any updates. I asked once again what's going on and they said they were expecting the glasses in one week. Same story as before.

Two weeks passed and I demanded a clear shipping deadline. Now they changed their tune and said that my glasses were very popular and they were "in production by the brand". They told they will probably ship them in a month or so.

The only good news is that I asked them to cancel my order and refund my payment which they did. I received my refund.

There are a lot of other clients who complain about the same scam perpetrated by these people.

Furthermore, they misrepresent their TrustPilot review score as 5-stars which in reality is much lower.

I ordered the same glasses from another French optician, they shipped them on the same day and I received them a few days later.

Don't waste your time and money with these scammers!!!

I bought a pair of DiorSpirito S6I at Celine Roland. Before ordering I had read some reviews that were not so good, particularly re items that were not in stock. Before ordering, I sent out an email to confirm availability, which was swiftly responded. I ordered the glasses and received them within a week as promised. I had a few comms with the customer service department, which were also swiftly responded. Frankly, I am super happy. The glasses are great, with an excellent price and got here on time. I super recommend them!

Warning! This is a scam company. Have you noticed that most of the positive reviews were written by people who have used Trustpilot just once. Guess why? Because they are probably written by bots! You will very likely never receive your item, once you have transferred them money.

I have ordered a glasses that were in stock ( FYJZPLSGH) but still have not recived it, plus the tracking number does not apply in the Chronopost , it should appear differently, seems to be scam or something

An amazing experience purchasing at the Celine Roland online store, saw some reviews that stated that they did not get their orders after months of waiting so was a bit hesitant to place my order, I decided to DM Celine on Instagram where she was very responsive and assured me my frame would be dispatched within a week so I went ahead and placed the order. Rest assured I received the frames in 8 days which was perfect as I was travelling away and needed them before I left. Would recommend many times and I am very happy with my Cartier Frames. May be worth to contact them before ordering to see what the wait time for your frame is so that you are not upset by a delay if they need a few weeks to receive the frames from the manufacturer.

I must say, it’s quite a unique experience to order something “in stock” and then be informed that it’s caught up in a production delay. Quite the plot twist! Perhaps you could update the product listing with a “Now You See Me, Now You Don’t” status? Might save others from the same confusion. 🙈

While I wait for the next chapter of this saga, I’ll keep checking the website—just in case the sunglasses decide to make a surprise appearance. 🕵️‍♂️

In the meantime, I’ll be here, trying to enjoy the sunshine without my new shades. But hey, who needs sunglasses when you’ve got a mystery to unravel?

Ordered some Fendi sunglasses on 21JUL, was charged 39Euro for shipping. Contacted on 23JUL to ask for shipping details. They said they didn't have my money and told me that once they had my money they would older the sunglasses - meaning they say the item is in stock on their website BUT IT ISN'T. Also credit card payments do not take multiple days to clear. Got told shipping would be 7-10 days, 3-5 days, 1-4 weeks?? Direct quote from their Whats App - "Delivery times are sometimes extended because we order directly from the brands". So they lie on their website, say things are in stock, take your money and then dont even have the item. They told me 24 July my payment was refunded and STILL NO REFUND. Total scam behaviour and they lie on their website about their Trustpilot score. I emailed Fendi as well to let them know about this disgusting scam site.

Order my Dita Sunglasses on the July 20 and they arrive today July 27 in Germany. The sunglasses are new and 100% authentic. Thx for fast delivery and the prestine sunglasses.

Contrary to some other reviews, I had an excellent experience. I messaged on Facebook messenger to confirm the sunglasses I wanted were in stock and the estimated delivery time. It did take a little while for the response, but it was confirmed that they were in stock.
I ordered and they were delivered within a few days, even though I'm in a different country, the shipping was fast. Great price on the sunglasses too.

Hello everyone. I wanted to buy sunglasses from this company. It was about Celine glasses, which are an absolute hit and are practically impossible to get. They are available on this company's website and at a fairly good price, available for immediate purchase. Before purchasing, I came here and read all the negative opinions. So I decided to first ask the company's hotline if they had the product in stock. Unfortunately, no one ever answered the phone, so I wrote an e-mail - no one responded to my inquiry. At the same time, from the moment I put the item into my cart, I am flooded with emails urging me to make a purchase. I warn against purchasing from this company. Zero possibility of contact before purchase. After purchasing, if you don't get the product from them, as other people write here, you probably won't get your money back.

I made a Oder on this website 10 days before my wedding. I mailed them that I need it before wedding they replay yes sure we will do but the end they never send the package. On my wedding day I was very disappointed 😔 seriously there’s service worst. Bad experience avoid Oder from them. After my wedding I call them they simply saying not disponible. Hate there’s service 😡😡😡😡
