Customer service missing ...
I decide to cancel my order via email 20s after placing the order. Two auto replies appeared promising to get back to me - 7 days later still no reply.
Moral of the story. Wasted shipping fees (my fault) which still could have been avoided and ZERO customer service.
Incidentally their auto reply confuses me a little bit ....
