This bank will not fight for you. They only care about getting business. My aunt was dying, so I ordered a teddy bear and balloon. The picture they showed online of a bear looked great. It looked expensive, and it was very expensive. I also ordered a get-well-soon gallon. The balloon my aunt got said, "You're number one." So I disputed the charges for this company. The central bank sided with them. I showed pictures of what I ordered, and prices matched the charges. They did not care. Also, the Dollar Tree bear she got and your number one balloon looked really weird to send to a dying woman. Second dispute after 15 years. Yes, I gave them another shot. I reserved a hotel, and it said free hot breakfast. Once I booked the hotel, I was told we would not get free breakfast. The overnight person asked me to speak to her boss in the morning. I did only for him to pass the buck. I then called and explained everything to the central bank. I also ordered food that night with the same central bank card. So I have proof that I ordered food for the next morning. I spent 12 bucks for me to eat, so I did not go crazy or anything like that. Also, when you book a hotel, it says "free hot breakfast," and they saw that too. Today I get a letter saying the investigation is concluded, no error is corrected, and no credit is owed to me. This case is closed.
